When I went to pick up the watch, the pin fell out again when I wound it in the store. They apologized for this and said they would make repairs again. The second time, the repairs stuck.

I took the ring in and they took it right away. They made the paper work and it was done within 4 days because they didn’t have the appraiser on the site and they take it out. They took pictures of it before they even send it out. I kind of knew there was plaque and everything but I didn’t them tell them that. I could see the plaque in the picture and when got the ring back it was definitely the same ring, so they don’t pull any switches and they are honest. I had couple of other estimates done and they were the cheapest appraisal. I was very satisfied with them. I would recommend them to family and friends.
