Repaired seals did not solve the leak problem.  The hot tub is in-ground and will require more extensive remedies.  Int'l Hot Tub will be out this week to address the problem more fully.  Called them back because their service tech (Max Schmidt) was knowledgeable and articulate about addressing possible solutions.

Our fireplace was a huge liability to our heating and air conditioning.  In the winter the warm air went out the flu and the cold air infiltrated.  In the summer it was the opposite.  We went to three places to have estimates.  Two of them insisted we needed to remove some surrounding masonry in order to accomplish our goal.  Zach Ryan at the Highlands Ranch IHT store insisted that we did not have to do so, and in addition, their cost was lower.  Zach was very patient and responsive to us, as we were a bit doubtful that IHT could perform the service as stated, since two other fireplace specialists insisted that we could not.  We probably went to the store at least four times, and Zach came to our house at least twice.  We finally decided to give Zach's team a chance and are thrilled.  The fireplace puts out so much heat, without any cold air infiltration that the furnace does not run as often.  An added benefit is that the entire second floor gets warmer.  We are very happy we trusted Zach and the team from Fireplace and Grill Experts.

Quick work and reasonable charge.

Sales rep was very knowledgeable.  Delivery and installation was a breeze.  We've even had to have the tub serviced due to a lighting problem covered under warranty and IHT was quick and took care of the problem right away.

I set up the appointment before we had to leave town.  The gentleman who set up the service over the phone offered to do the work while we were gone and took careful notes of where our parts would be located and information about our pug that would be wandering around the backyard.  The service tech (Max) managed to come earlier than expected, and called me to double check on what needed to be done.  The work was done without a hitch and price came in lower than expected.  We had looked around for a possible cheaper option, but came back to IHT (whom we had used with great satisfaction in the past).  Glad we did.  They are very professional and thorough.

IHT and preferred contractors were easy to work with and courteous. Was some concern that old tub may not come out of deck due to wood trim at bottom of old tub which was overlooked when the carpenter was modifying the deck earlier in the day. Old tub came out after some jostling and some of the trim broke off. Not a problem since the deck was fine and the old tub was headed for disposal. New tub was placed in and fit snug. Only slight cosmetic damage to the existing deck railings (paint scrapped) from the dolly used to move the tubs. Filled the tub the next day and turned on per instructions from IHT. New tub was making some gurgling noises and contact IHT by phone. Worked with Debbie to try and remove air in circulation pump lines, efforts were somewhat successful. Debbie told me to let it run as the air bubbles sometimes work themselves out of the lines. She and I both were not sure it was going to work, so she put me on the schedule for someone to come out and perform maintenance on the tub after the weekend. Air worked it's way out of the lines so we canceled the service call. I asked about water chemistry and Debbie had me talk to someone else who had the answer I needed. So far I am very pleased with the tub and IHT service.

They have given me excellent service. I really like my hot tub. They delivered the hot tub without doing a full installation. They had to get the timing perfect to get the crane and the hot tub here. They did the job in a twenty to thirty minute window so that the street wouldn't have to be closed off. I thought that they did an excellent job. The workers were very professional. When I went to the showroom, they were professional and helpful. I didn't consider them to be pushy in any way.

Overall, I'm very happy with the product and the price. The individual who sold the tub would probably NOT have had my sale had the floor model price not been so appealing. While knowledgable, the salesman seemed relatively condescending and bored as if every moron buying a spa would know the answers to the questions I asked....which I guess is better than pushy, but not by much. I'm a first time spa buyer and I would never discourage buyers from IHT because ultimately I'm pleased with the price and the product.

The rep at IHT listened to my problem, went above and beyond just grabbing a part off the shelf, and explained why a high ozone concentration led to the corrosion of my spa jets. The price was $8.00 below the least expensive source I could find online, and that's a rare find indeed. IHT is an outstanding retailer and service provider.
