Keith spent an ample amount of time explaining the process and the materials to me. I knew nothing about roofing and had been confused with the bits and pieces I was trying to assimilate in my exploration of finding a roofing company. It all came together after talking with Keith. He was also patient in my indecisive time about what kind of roof, what color, etc. The process unfolded as he outlined that it would. Once we decided the type and color of roof, we didn't have to do anything else. The roof looks great. Keith provided documentation to our insurance company of the type of roof installed so our premiums could be reduced.

I would highly recommend Integrous Roofing for any roof work that you may require. I started shopping for roofers about a year ago and settled on Integrous after speaking with at least half a dozen contractors. I was impressed by their professionalism, and quality of work. Marvin Felty, my sales representative from Integrous, made a very professional presentation about their company, the relationship they had with their suppliers and the approach they would be taking to the job. Integrous was the only contractor that discussed proper venting requirements for my roof to enable necessary airflow to improve cooling of the attic in the summer and equal thawing of snow and ice in the winter. On their advice I did decide to install additional venting which I am confident will reduce my summer utility bills and mitigate any ice and snow related problems that may have otherwise developed. My whole house fan already works to cool the house down in a fraction of the time it took before. My neighborhood has very strict covenants and Marvin made a special trip, driving nearly 30 miles each way from his home, to meet with my Home Own's Association one evening to explain how the new venting would look and what benefits it would provide. Marvin was prompt about returning my phone calls and following up on any concerns that I had during the process. The workers did a quality job and thoroughly cleaned up at project completion. I found that Marvin's effective communications and professionalism exceeded what I had experienced with any of the other contractors. Although their pricing was somewhat higher than other quotes I had gotten, they were not appreciably higher and I felt the extra money was worth the piece of mind I felt from my up front dealings with them. I would use them again.

Did a great job and worked with us on the scheduling (we got an Angie's List deal but it was months ago). Showed up and were finished within about 90 minutes. Clean job, looks great, brings tons of light into our soon-to-be remodeled bathroom. Definitely recommend.

When I called Keith Jacob he was very helpful and professional. He showed up on time for the job, inspected the roof and told me in detail what needs to be done. He completed the job to my satisfaction. I would not hesitate to hire him again.

David White performed the initial inspection of my roof, after I notice some water leaking into my upstairs bathroom. He did a full inspection, starting in the attic, to determine the cause of the issue. He determined the cause, and was able to resolve the issue quickly. He also upgraded the bathroom exhaust fan vents. I am very impressed and would use these roofers again in the future.

The cleaning well. They were able to schedule our appointment very quickly. They also pointed out that our downspouts needed cleaning and were able to do that on the spot. There was of course an additional cost for them to be cleaned.

The crew was very professional and got the job done in one day. Overall pleased with the quality.

I needed some work done on the cedar siding on my home and the work was not within Keith's scope of expertise. He called another contractor for me and, even though he wasn't able to find someone, he called back promptly, was generous with his time and very responsive.

This was our first time to use them. There was nothing bad about them. The good things were their quick response time and their friendly, informative service.

The salesman that came to do the estimate was friendly and seemed professional enough. They were one of five companies that we called for an estimate before deciding which one to hire. They were one of the first ones to do an estimate, so in the time that I was waiting for the rest of the companies to come out and do theirs so we could decide, the salesman with Integrous called me every day, sometimes several times a day, wanting to know if we were ready to have them start on our roof. I found that very annoying, and in the end another company beat their estimate by almost a thousand dollars anyway, so we ended up not using them. So I gave them a "C" for responsiveness because even though he was technically very responsive, I didn't appreciate the hard sell and the constant phone calls. To me it was a pleasure the day that we decided which company we were going to use and I could call him and tell him, "thanks but no thanks, please stop calling". That is just one salesman at the company though, and perhaps they are not all like that, and I have no idea what their work would have been like had they actually replaced our roof, but based on reviews from others on here I imagine it would have been fine.

They did an excellent job. David White our sales contact was great to work with. We got an upgrade to a 30 year shingle from our original request for 25 at no additional cost. The inspector just left and the roof passed code with nothing else needed. Most importantly we had had some struggles with our insurance company regarding coverage for hail damage. David came into the situation as things had deteriorated a bit with another roofing company and met with our insurance adjustor at our house. Through his efforts--our insurance company increased our allowance (around 50%) and I think the insurance company, Integrous and we the owners all felt like it was handled well. The roof looks terrific--and it was done in one day as they predictedd. I would use them again without hesitation.

Service went great. Havent had any problems since.

Arrived on time. Examined the area where we wanted the solar tube and installed it. It took about 4 hours. We needed to pay extra because our roof was more than 4 feet from the ceiling in the hallway. We paid the extra. Tube installed and works well. The installation included an examination of the roof itself and the provider told us that we needed a new roof. We contacted our insurance company who sent out a separate examiner, who told us that we did not need a new roof. Jury is still out on that aspect of the service.

I called and made an appointment to have someone come out and look at the water damage on the ceiling in my bedroom. Within an hour of my phone call, David was at my house. He looked at my roof, spotted the problem, fixed it and didn't charge me!? He said it was a simple fix and he would not feel right charging me for it. I think this company is AMAZING. David was super professional and trustworthy. This company is great, give them a call!!

Contacted the company after reading about them on Angie's List. They were very good about setting up the appointment, fitting the work around my schedule and making sure I was happy with the work.

We had 4 hailstorms and I wanted to know if there was any damage. Could not find any other roofing company to inspect the roof for free. My insurance company said I needed to file a claim before they would send anyone out, which seemed ridiculous to me - I couldn't file a claim without knowing if there was damage or not. If there was no damage my claim would obviously be denied - don't know if there are any consequences to this or not. Anyway, I explained the situation to Keith Jacob, the owner, and he agreed to come up and take a look for no charge. I live in Evergreen which is quite a distance, so I was impressed from the get-go. Keith said that my roof was very thick material and had suffered no damage. He took photos and also showed me a heat vent pipe that had a surface crack - which he said would need to be looked at by a heating company repairman, but as yet was not a serious problem. He noted that my gutters were pretty full of pine needles and offered to clean them for the price my regular yard guy charges, which is $60, although his price is normally $90. I suggested that we split the difference and paid him $75. I felt that it was more than worth it considering his time and gasoline just to come up here. He did a good job, was very professional and I couldn't ask for more. Should I ever need a new roof, I will definitely call Integrous.

He was on time, did the work as promised. Due to the time, he needed to return to finish the job. Very honest .

Needless to say Integrous Roofing & Restoration Inc.did not get to bid for my roofing project but gained a lot of respect from me. The professionalism I was met with by the representative could only be described as "customer friendly". not only did I feel that my project was very important to the company. The quality needed for the job to be done would have been job one for Integrous Roofing & Restoration Inc. I may have not used this company but I would highly recommend anyone to at least investigate Integrous Roofing & Restoration Inc to see if they can work a great deal for you.

I had gotten quotes from two Angie's List selections and one neighbor recommendation. Integrous was by far the most professional of the three. John George immediately responded to my call, set up an appointment, was prompt, professional, and was the ONLY vendor to show me shingle samples, go on the roof and take photos of issues/areas, and then sit down and show me on his iPad the roof situation. He answered all my questions and was patient and explained things thoroughly. He helped work with me on a price I could afford. When I asked the other roofers about using the Owens Corning shingle, I got vague or conflicting responses. The contract was professional with a full list of quality assurance work specified (for example, rolling the yard afterward with a magnetic roller to ensure safety). The material arrived when scheduled, and the crew arrived when scheduled. John George came by a few times, including at the end of the job to be sure all was done right, see if the crew needed anything, and check in with me. I felt very comfortable knowing I could contact him if needed. John George did a follow-up afterward and took photos, and then he could show me the before/after photos and how it was laid out to spec on the slopes, etc. Bonus: They removed wasp nests under my swamp cooler that I didn't realize were there. My experience was excellent and I would highly recommend Integrous, particularly John George.

I needed a roof Certification for my home (which we are selling) and gave Integrous Roofing a call for pricing. Keith the owner, was very helpful, responsive, and has a great price. He was the only roofing team I talked to who asked for additional information to make sure that he could do the work promised in the time allotted for the price quoted. The day he was supposed to come out, Keith was running about 10 minutes late (my appointment was at 9 am), and he actually called at 8:45 to let me know that he would be about 10 minutes late! I loved having the assurance that he would be there- I have never had that type of service with a roofing company! Keith did the work quickly, he provided extra documentation to back up his repairs and certification, and was done in about 1 hour. Loved working with him, and have already referred him on to others I know! Thank you Keith!

After our insurance adjuster examined our hail and wind damaged roof and provided a claim estimate, we went to Angie's List to find three well recommended roofers to provide estimates. Integrous was one of the three and the roofer we selected due to knowledge, professionalism and their estimate, which included the use of top quality products in the installation of the roof. The roofing crew arrived on Monday, July 1, 2013 and completed the roof on July 2, 2013 by 9 am. The roofing went well, and my husband even spent his lunch hour observing their work. Clean-up was average...we were still finding nails in the yard a week later, but I assume that is probably the case with most roofers. They obviously tried to contain the mess with their tarps and magnetic rolller pick-up. A week later, the additional gutter sections were installed by another crew. The final part of the project has not yet been completed (the addition of soffit vents). We are very happy with the appearance and construction of our new roof (particularly the fact that the roof over the garage no longer leaks!). David White was our project contact and he was one of the main reasons we chose Integrous. David was knowledgable, professional and knew how to listen to the client. In addition, he did not pressure us into signing a contract immediately (another roofing company did), though he definitely articulated his desire to win our business. We would recommend Integrous to anyone looking for a high quality, professional roofing company.

We needed to replace our roof due to hail damage from 2012. I talked to 5 different roofers, all of which had favorable reviews on Angies list. Price was important to me because our now former insurance company , State Farm, didn't seem to think we had any hail damage even though there have been hundreds of new roofs in Lone Tree since the hail hit our neighborhood. Integrous was not the cheapest but were competitive and I really liked their sales rep, David White. After getting all of the approvals and permits the actual work took about 2 1/2 days. They replaced all of the flashings etc and the roof looked great when they were done. They also did a good good of cleaning everything up when they were done. We were real happy with everything and would use them again if we ever need another roof.
