Excellent service! The quality and workmanship of our new roof was amazing. Keith was in constant communication with us regarding the timing of the work to be completed as the weather changed the date the work started.

David White and his team of guys were awesome. They made sure to get a new roof on our house with short notice and we were able to close on schedule with no delays. David went above and beyond our expectations and it was a pleasure working with him and his team. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Keith and his team were extremely professional and punctual. Keith handled all communications with our insurance company and interfaced directly with the insurance company estimator. The work was completed ahead of schedule and through documentation (photos) was provided before the work was performed and after the work was done. He was very respectful of our property and cleaned up entirely after the completion of the work. I have never dealt with a more knowledgeable and trusted contractor. I HIGHLY recommend Keith and Integrous Roofing for any roofing needs!! The absolute best!!

It went amazing. David White and the whole Integrous team displayed incredible thoughtfulness and professionalism throughout the entire process. David always showed up with a brilliant attitude and great suggestions. The process was seamless and even though there were a few delays on our end, Integrous was never pushy but always ready to go when we were. They put a new roof on our house right after we closed on it as a stipulation of the closing 6 years ago and there’s a reason we went back to them this time around when we needed a new roof due to hail damage and there’s a reason we will continue to go to them as well as recommend them to anyone who needs new shingles or gutters. There is definitely something unique and set apart about this company and it’s staff and we wish nothing but the best to them. Thank you from the deepest bottoms of our hearts!

The job went smoothly and professionally. It looked great when they were done. Although he did our roof several years ago, whenever I've needed a question answered, or had a follow up issue, Keith has always responded. I've dealt with gillions of contractors over the years on multiple houses in three different states. Keith (Integrous) is hands down the best one I've worked with. He's professional, he's honest, he cares, and he's just flat out a good guy. I wouldn't consider using anyone else if I ever have another roof issue. Seriously.

Excellent work and service by Keith and his crew! Our house was hit with hail damage again. Our insurance company rejected the claim saying the shingles were faulty. (clearly the damage from the hail was evident) Keith went the extra miles and worked with the insurance company to cover some repairs and with the shingle company to replace the shingles and to cover the labor to install the shingles. The roof was installed in less than a day! Our new roof looks great and with the crew's professionalism and cleanup, besides the shiny new roof, there was no sign that they had removed the old shingles. We are grateful to have Keith and his efficient and skilled crew! Thank you guys!

Exceptional--beyond excellent! We were in the process of selling our home and our insurance adjuster noticed that the roof had sustained significant hail damage. We reached out to David White with Integrous. He came out promptly, surveyed the damage, and prepared a quote that was approved by our homeowner''s insurance company. He worked with us, and our insurance company, to complete the work in two days and with very high quality. He referred us to third parties that could help with some items that had sustained damage but were outside the scope of his expertise. When the project was completed, the roof looked great and the home sold for a premium price. The new owners were pleased that we could transfer the warranty to them!

From my initial contact through the completion of the job, they were highly responsive, very clear about the work being performed, and accommodating with requests for schedule changes. Excellent! John was so prompt and pointed out things that the insurance company overlooked. He gave a referral for a tree trimmer for branches that had to be trimmed in order for the trucks to fit in the driveway. He really went above and beyond. Our home owners insurance paid for all but the deductible. I would call them again in a heart beat.

Integrous Roofing was wonderful to work with in every way. We just re-roofed two rental properties we own. Our service rep, John George is friendly and knowledgeable. He came out and took pictures of our roofs, explained about the products and what needed to be done. John even took care of submitting our request of materials and colors we chose to our architectural control committee. He really made the whole process a pleasant experience. The roofs were done quickly and with care. The crew was careful of our yards and cleaned up perfectly after the job. We are incredibly pleased with how it all turned out and will highly recommend your company to everyone.

The work Integrous Inc. completed on both occasions was fantastic. They were professional from start to finish and did exactly what they agreed to do with complete transparency. Most recently, I had to contact them to get information about the work they completed as the records we had could not be found. Within two hours of me leaving Keith a voice message and an email, he responded with all that we needed. The level of service was superb and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing roof work. A+ in my books!

John George took excellent care of us! He walked us through step by step. No surprises. Gabe the project manager and Juan and his crew were prompt, courteous and took excellent care to cover our pergola and landscaping. The clean up was AMAZING!! excellent job. Would recommend and use them again.

Outstanding! I previously had Integorus after a hail storm hoping to file an insurance claim. To my surprise, they said everything was fine with the roof and that insurance would be unlikely to approve a claim. I am now selling the house and the buyers are requesting a certification. I called Integrous and while on the phone with them they brought up the records of my house. They had taken over 40 photos and had detailed notes. They were able to provide my a certification quickly. A truly professional company.

Totally happy with every aspect of the job. David helped with insuring the manufacturer's certificates costs of the old roofing. Cruz's crew did an amazing job of removing the old roofing, replacing everything and complete clean up.

I had met John George of Integrous previously and had been impressed, so called him again when we filed the original insurance claim on September 25. John met personally with the insurance claim adjuster, going up on the roof with him. He spent time talking with us about what would be done, what the insurance adjuster said could be covered and, in general, running point for us on this. John was informative and helpful during the entire process, advising us and going to bat for us with the insurance company. And having his wife send us the docu-sign; much easier. Gabe Gilliland kept us informed as to scheduling. It was nice to meet him, also. Such a young man for such an important job. Juan was friendly and informative, and went above and beyond in installing our new evaporative cooler, even cautious for the safety of its electrical connection. We’re looking forward to having that completed when we’re ready for cooling in the Spring. Due to their diligence about meeting code requirements, John had several conversations with representatives of the city and the insurance adjuster. We ended up having to have the decking under the roof replaced, and a substitute of materials at no additional cost because the originally proposed materials were not suitable for our house. Because the roof was so old, we were not able to use the deductible, so the insurance coverage was "actual cash value" which meant more out-of-pocket expense. John worked very hard to get us all we possibly could in insurance coverage. Due to some delays for negotiations and weather (snow and temperatures), the project was finished in early December. Our house is nice and snug and the roof probably will last longer than we are here to enjoy its safety and comfort. All of the Integrous employees were courteous, friendly, and professional and, I believe, practice the Golden Rule.

Great experience. We first met Keith when he came to look at our roof after another roofer had stopped by and told us that many of our neighbors were getting new roofs. This roofer told us our roof was totaled. We got a second opinion from Integrous Roofing and were told that our roof was actually in good shape and they did not recommend replacing it. For a company that is paid by how many roofs they can replace I was very impressed with their moral compass. Then a year or two later another hail storm came through, our roof was in fact totaled, and we knew we would want to work with Keith and Integrous Roofing. The process was very smooth from working with the insurance company to getting the inspection done. The entire process was straightforward and communication was excellent. At the same time our roof was installed a neighbor was getting their roof installed and Integrous was much better at picking up and collecting debris and trash. I can't recommend them enough.

I hired Integrous Roofing & Restoration to repair roof damage from a severe 2016 hailstorm. They also were able to handle some associated exterior painting and window repairs. Total cost of the job was about $ 11,700. They certainly lived up to their excellent local reputation for high quality work & professionalism, and worked seamlessly with our insurance company. But beyond all that, the one thing that most stood out for me was their absolute insistence on customer satisfaction. Keith Jacob (owner) seemed to make it his mission that no detail was overlooked and that any issues were resolved 100% in favor of the customer. Highly recommended.

I have used Keith Jacobs with Integrous Roofing twice now and I would commend him to anyone. He is always professional and makes sure the job is done in a timely manner including the clean up. If I had to text or email him with a question he would get back to me with in an hour but most of the time it was immediate. Such a great company!
