They did an excellent job all around and I really can't think of any complaints.Keith spent probably an hour with me at the first visit, answering any questions I had and explaining how they do things. This on a Friday afternoon, too.I got one other estimate which was slightly higher. They kept me informed, showed up on schedule, and did a beautiful job. I had asked that the new square vents be placed where they be less visible from the street, if possible, and they a nice job on the layout. They painted all the metal to match, then cleaned up so well that I have yet to find a nail in the yard.They used a subcontractor for the gutters, and the subcontractor also did a great job, including making a couple of minor changes to the downspout locations that I had asked for.

We called Integrous to get an estimate of how long our roof was good for and also to look at our soffits which were rotting. He let me know that our roof had extensive hail damage and we should submit a claim. I had submitted a claim in the past that was denied so I was really hesitant to do this. He ensured that the damage was bad enough and he would be there when the claims person comes to assess my roof. I needed that confidence in order to move forward because I didn't want another failed claim.We submitted the claim and Keith met with the insurance person and was able to get the claim approved! We were definitely excited since we were denied last time. Keith came over and explained all the paperwork with us and what all the claim paperwork meant which was really helpful. Then we just waited to see what date would work according to our schedule. Since we originally needed soffit work and gutters replaced, I contacted people that Keith referred. His general contractor for the soffit was terrible at getting back with us but the gutter person was excellent. Turns out the gutter person also fixes soffits so I'm not sure why we had two different referrals when the gutter person could have done everything and then I wouldn't have to deal with 3 different companies. Anyway the gutter person was awesome!The only negative thing I will say was scheduling the actual roof replacement was a pain. There was rain in the forecast pretty much every day. There was also miscommunication between the project manager and the workers about what day to actually begin. Keith did call me to let me know that there was the miscommunication so I appreciate that. Then I thought we had agreed on a Friday where there wasn't rain in the forecast but come Thursday morning, there's a van outside my house right as I was leaving for work. On this day it actually started to rain at 11-11:30am too and continued all day! This concerned me because they actually did finish the roof that day. The job looked fine but I'm just hoping no one was rushed because of the impending weather.Another downside is that I found out I didn't have code upgrades covered on my insurance so I ended up not getting claim money for this. Keith ended up paying for half though so I appreciate that. It was just another unknown cost. All in all, it was a job well done and I was glad to have had the roof replaced because it definitely needed it!

Integrous is a great company to work with. Keith runs his business very well. He offers great customer service. They are prompt, helpful, fair, and thorough. David called me and was able to be out the same day. He inspected the roof, gave me a thorough but simplified version of what our problem was and how he could fix it. He also gave me an evaluation of the integrity of my roof as a whole. When other roofing companies told me I needed to replace the roof soon, he told me that I had several more good years left. He was also able to complete the work while he was at my home just after providing the estimate. He was friendly and knowledgable, the price was fair, and I was impressed at the efficiency of getting the work done right away. I appreciate David going above and beyond to evaluate the rest of the roof and the work has held up great so far. I will definitely call them again for future roofing needs.

John was extremely friendly and helpful! I would highly recommend this company! He was always prompt, very helpful with helping me understand any problems with the roof and even took the time to tar a few spots for me around the chimmney!

Very well! My roof is fully repaired and I am better educated about when I need my next roof maintenance done. I would use Integrous again and recommend them to friends.

It started off promising when I got a response from Keith right away about having someone take a look at my roof. Keith said he would pass the request to David (though he didn't specify his relationship to David). I did get an email from David about my repair needs, but when I asked to schedule a time for him to take a look and provide an estimate I never heard back. I would have liked to get a quote but now I will have to pass on Intergrous in favor of a company that did actually follow through with a site visit and an estimate.

Keith came to my house to give me an estimate for a new roof. After he inspected my house he informed me that my roof did not need to be replaced and was good for another five years. He was very knowledgable and pointed out items that could be added to help maintain the integrity of my roof. He also did some quick repairs (caulked some splashing) on a few spots that he said might leak water with a directional wind (no charge). Needless to say I'm not getting a new roof for a few years but I will be giving Integrous a call at that time.

There are not enough good things to say about my whole experience with Integrous Roofing and Keith Jacob specifically. I found this company on Angie's list and I can tell you firsthand they lived up to the positive reviews. Keith worked with me on my special situation and was patient as I sorted out the details on my end. The crew that arrived were polite, professional and left my property clean. The next time I need roofing service, I will ONLY call Integrous Roofing. I can not recommend this company more.

Recently a door to door roof inspector visited my home and after looking on the roof, told my wife we needed a new roof. Wanting a second opinion, I looked on Angie's List and liked the deal and reviews of Integrous Roofing and Restoration. After purchasing the Angie's List deal for roof inspection for hail damage I gave them a call to schedule an appointment. The extremely friendly receptionist took my information and said the sales and service representative from my area would call me back within 24-48 hours to schedule an appointment. Within 20 minutes John called back and was very flexible with his appointment scheduling. In two days John came by (right on time)and did his inspection. He was very honest with his opinions, and took the time to review and explain the pics he took. My wife and I have decided to hold off on filing a claim until there is more damage, but when we do need to replace it Integrous will be the first number we call.

I am extremely impressed by this business. Keith sent the work order to Salvador and notified me that I would be contacted within 48 hours. Salvador called me as promised and asked if he could be at my house in 20 minutes. When he arrived I explained what I needed. He was able to give me a quote immediately and told me he could start the work right then. They were done

From my very first contact I was impressed with the customer service and professionalism of this company. I find it amazing that so many businesses fail in this regard when it is so very simple....just do what you say you are going to do and keep the customer informed along the way....and Keith and his company have this down to an absolute science. The entire process was smooth and flawless...from answering my questions to the detailed email I received letting me know what to expect and how to prepare for the job. Amazing company...do not hesitate for one second to use them!!!

Integrous was very professional, providing us with a comprehensive bid, overview of the current condition and new roof components. David was very thorough in explaining how the old roof was no longer sufficient and what was available for class iv shingles. Integrous also provided a sub-contractor to repair many of the damaged soffits and fascia that were damaged with wear and tear. In addition, we also wanted a new sky skylight put in the and the old one replaced. Integrous also worked that into the bid and components needed.Integrous roofers also started one day earlier after calling them due inclement weather coming due to come in two days. They finished the project in 1.5 days, before the weather came in. The only issue was when there wasn't an English speaking member of the roofing crew on site.The company was very professional and willing to work with its customer on pricing, scheduling and products. The roof has been working very well in the rain and snow. We are a very satisfied customer.

We were VERY pleased. Based on my experience, this company and quot;getsand quot; customer service and building trust and relationships with customers. We called Integrous because we had a leak and we weren't sure if it was the roof or some other problem.First of all, we got a call back within 24 hours. (Really?!?! Companies still do that??? Wow!)Within a few days, John was at our house. We didn't know if our roof was the problem, but with all the hail, wind and rain in this area of CO last summer and fall, we knew it was possible. John was professional and friendly. He checked out the roof, the inside damage, the attic, and gutters. He took pictures of what he found and spent a lot of time with me talking about the possible sources of the leak. I was impressed with how thorough he was. He ruled out major roof damage and then spent time with me figuring out what else could be the source of the leak. He even checked out the basement and a nearby bathroom to rule out plumbing problems. He listened to my ideas, too, which showed me that he recognizes that the homeowner can give the roofing folks input on what the root of the issue is. Since the roof seemed to be fine, he identified a probable source: thawing and freezing on a section of the north side of the house that doesn't have gutters. He came out the next morning, a Saturday, with the right ladders and some caulk to do some minor repairs before that weekend's expected cold front and storm. The next day, he contacted me to see how the leak was doing. (No more leaking ....fingers crossed!) John also gave me the name of a gutter professional after I showed him a few other and quot;gutterlessand quot; places we think could use some attention.I was really pleased to find the company. Considering the wild weather we have, it is nice to have a go-to roofing company - before we need it. John offered to come out and do a courtesy inspection whenever we need it. Last year there were so many intense weather events that I expect we'll need a professional to check things out at least once during the summer or fall. And, it is better to call a reputable roofing company before you mention anything to your insurance company! In this case, we saved a call to the claims department so we didn't and quot;flagand quot; our policy or home. There wasn't a problem with the roof, other than a minor, and quot;fixableand quot; issue. I can't attest to the level of workmanship because we didn't need roofing this time around. But I can say that the service was fabulous and that Integrous will be my first call when we do need roofing professionals.

So far far David has been wonderful to work with and they are hoping to start on the project mid May. I have been very pleased with the service.

They were on time and very professional. I appreciated that they took the time to find the problem (more difficult than usual) and repair it. I saw pictures and got a complete explanation of what might be going on. They were easy to talk to and I felt comfortable having them in my home. I will use them again in the future should we have another roof issue.

David was fantastic. On his first visit he examined our entire roof to assess any potential maintenance/repair issues, and then took the time to explain everything in detail. When he came back for the approved contract, he was on time, courteous and thorough in his work. A great person and company to work with- and they warrantied the job for two years! We may have finally found our go-to roofing company.

They did a fabulous job. They delivered the items the day prior. I want to add that I have no road up to my barn so they had to go over bumpy terrain. It took them a full day and he had a whole team come out. John George was a pleasure to deal with.

I called with a water leak around a vent in our bathroom during a very cold spell. After speaking with the company they said that David would call me back in the next day since it appeared that it was not continuing to leak. David called me just when they said that he would and discussed possible causes. He said that he would come to take a look the next week when the snow melted so he could get up on the roof as long as the leak continued to appear like it had stopped. He showed up and did a free evaluation of the leak from the bathroom, the roof and the attic. He then explained how it appeared that the leak was due to condensation during very cold days building up in the vent in the cold attic and the leaking back down as soon as it started to work up. He explained how he came to that conclusion and what all he had evaluated, considered and dismissed as possible causes. He also explained that while we could pay to replace that vent, it was no different that any of the other vents we had that were not leaking and there did not seem to be anything with this particular one. He said that even if we chose to replace that vent we would probably still have the problem during very cold spells. He explained a few things we could do to prevent damage to the drywall in the bathroom in the future if we had very cold spells. He was very kind and polite and a great teacher. I would recommend this company.

Responded promptly to my telephone call and the work was completed within a week. Met all time commitments including keeping me informed of what was going to happen when. Made excellent suggestion that I stockpile additional tiles for future use since they were only available on a limited basis in northern Colorado. Turned out to be a good idea since there were more broken tiles than the three visible from the ground as covered in the estimate. Performed additional replacements at no added charge other than tiles. Extremely friendly, hard working and a pleasure to deal with. All businesses should have their attitude and qualities.

David did a free roof inspection and inspection of possible water stains on our siding. Was very professional and polite. Did not try to talk me into work that I didn't need and gave suggestions for taking care the mystery water stains. Thank You.

His responsiveness, concern, integrity, and professionalism differentiated him from all other Improvement companies. Additionally, his team shared his invaluable qualities and attitude. Bottom Line, we received and great product at a great price,....and thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

Came to inspect and estimate hail damage to help with insurance claim, but ultimately was unable to persuade insurance company to cover...Think they would have come for free, will call them again next time.

From my first contact with David White of Integrous Roofing throughout the entire process, I could not have asked for a more professional, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable representative. Our home and property was damaged from a severe hail storm in late June and, after obtaining many, many bids, we chose Integrous Roofing without hesitation. David's inspection of the damage and repair proposal was sensible, thorough, understandable and quite competitive cost-wise. He impressed us with his knowledge, competence and professional manner. He is also just a really nice, friendly person, and always easy to talk to, ask questions of and get clear information from. I was able to deal with David the entire time and that allowed for consistently smooth and clear communication. Our situation was complicated because, before my insurance approved repairs, my town was hit by the severe rains and flooding of mid-September and our as yet un-repaired roof led to new damages to our home. This delay in repair was in absolutely no way David's fault and though roofers in this area were in extremely high demand after the floods, as soon as David was able to get into town past the national guard check point, he made it up to our house to assess the damaged roof once again and reassure us that he could still make the necessary repairs. He then helped us work with our insurance company to make sure all the damage that they were liable for was covered. He put in significant extra time and several visits to achieve this and never asked for a penny of compensation for his extra time. The repair work is now completed and we are so happy with the results! We're even happier that we found Integrous Roofing and David White on Angie's List and trusted our instinct to go with them. This was the best decision we could have made. We recommend this company without reservation. They are simply top-notch!

They were very professional and kept us informed throughout the process. They worked will with the insurance company and other contractors involved in removing the shingles and replacing solar. A couple complications came up on the day of the install but they reacted to them and finished the job on the day promised. Also continued to assist with any questions after the job was done and paid for.
