My house has been hit by hail repeatedly this season. The last storm left a lot of roof debris all around my house. I called several roofers to look at my roof and Integrous was the only one that answered the phone. I had to leave messages with the others and my call was not returned for a day or more. I requested an assessment to see if there was any damage and an appointment was scheduled that day for just a few days out. Keith Jacob arrived earlier than the scheduled time. He was professional and courteous and explained in detail what he was looking for. Keith took photos of my roof and walked me through the damage assessment and was very straight forward and honest with the no damage assessment. The gutters on my house have been a problem because they are too small and he also took the time to talk to me about this issue and the services they provide to replace the gutters. Overall this was a very good experience and I will use Integrous to replace my gutters and perform any future roof repairs or replacement and recommend them to friends.

While I received a same day response email to my quote request, it was generic and did not address the full content of my inquiry and estimate request for my soffit repair [see below]. "Due to a high volume of calls for gutter repair and gutter cleaning - we regretfully are not able to take on any new clients at this time. You are welcome to call back in 2-3 months if you have not found another company. We are so sorry we can not help you at this time. Thank you for the privilege of serving you!" Please do not thank me for the privilege of serving me if you cannot provide the basic services offered on your website (i.e. estimates, gutter repair/replacement, cleaning, etc.). Simply remove those services from your website so that future potential non-clients of your service don't waste time and effort reviewing your company for services you cannot or are not willing to provide because of more lucrative opportunities.

I got estimates from 3 companies, then couldn't decide between 2 of them until I checked Angie's List and saw Integrous's great rating compared to the other company. Although it wasn't really related, I asked all three companies for suggestions on how to remedy a drainage problem that we've had for years. David with Integrous was the only one who could offer a do-able solution. It seemed so obvious--AFTER he suggested it. Other contractors' suggestions ran into the hundreds of dollars or more, but David's was so simple, he just worked it into the cost of the insurance claim so that it cost me nothing to finally have a fix to this aggravating problem. David was great at communicating throughout the whole re-roofing, re-guttering process and thoroughly answered my many questions, as I had never filed an insurance claim before. He never made me feel stupid or rushed. All workers showed up on time and behaved professionally and courteously. I DEFINITELY recommend Integrous.

Last year, my wife and I looked for roofers though Angie's list, and engaged Integrous Roofing to address a smalllong-running leak coming into our single-story extension. This leak had caused dampness and bubbling of the paintedceiling drywall, seen during heavy rain over a couple of years. Integrous came to the property to inspect the leak andquote the repair. On the roof of the extension, I observed that the problem appeared to be caused by damagedshingles and tiles at the angle where a sloping roof met vertical shingles close to the flat extension roof. Representingthe experience and high Angie's list ratings of Integrous, their estimator stated that this was not the case, and thatthere were leaks in the flat extension roof, and we would need to remove an existing deck on the flat extension roof toidentify and fix these leaks.We took Integrous advice, and removed the existing deck on that flat extension roof to get a better look. It turned outthat the flat extension roof had a number of historical layers of roofing material, some of which were badlyinstalled. Integrous theory was that water was percolating somehow through these layers. Integrous provided tworecommendations to fix our problem: patch a section of the flat roof, or replace the entire flat roof.The quote was a substantial cost, and my wife and I looked at some different options while preparing for our weddingand a backpacking trip.By the end of May, my wife and I decided to engage Integrous to replace the entire flat roof while we were gone onour honeymoon, based on Integrous recommendation, and their strong reputation with Angies list. I askedIntegrous to provide photos of the roof layers as they were removed. This would have demonstrated that the leak hadbeen found, because lower layers would at some point show water damage. Integrous agreed to provide photos ofthe removed layers. On 6/20/14 Integrous indicated they were still looking for photos. Integrous has not ever providedthese photos.My tenant was at the property during the work, and reported that the work appeared to have been completedacceptably in my absence.When my wife and I returned to the property at the beginning of August, the extension room had not been accessedsince the repair: my tenant doesn't use that room. To my horror, we found the room full of mold, with standing wateron the original Victorian hardwood floor. A lot of water had poured into the room at some point, and there were signsof significant wall damage where water had been flowing from the roof, through the wall, and into the foundation.Our initial assumption was that heavy rain had occurred before or during the repair. We contacted Integrous by phoneon 8th August to tell them what we had found, and they promised to send a crew to test the roof, to make sure thatthe new roof was not leaking now. We had a contractor demo the ceiling so that we could properly observe where thewater was coming in.12 days later, on 8/20, no crew had come from Integrous. I contacted Integrous again, and the agent's email saidthey were out of town on vacation until 9/2.At night on August 25th there was a heavy storm. We realized at some point that water was literally pouring into theextension room, like a faucet turned on full. We captured photos and video. I tried to get in touch with anyoneat Integrous to fix the problem. Finally next day I received a response from Integrous, and the next evening a crewcame. They determined that the actual leak was not coming from the flat roof at all. The leak was coming from theangle where the sloping roof met vertical shingles, adjacent to the flat extension roof that had been replaced.This was the original place I had pointed out to Integrous as the likely cause of the leak.Replacing the entire flat roof hadn't fixed the leak at all, because the leak was not in the flat roof, but next to it.We'd had a deck removed and entire roof replaced at Integrous recommendation, and not only was it NOT the sourceof the leak, the replacement had led to the leak becoming much worse.At this point we had removed a $2000 deck at an additional cost of $500, to replace a $3800 flat roof atIntegrous recommendation, none of which had fixed the leak. After this flat roof replacement, instead of thedampness we'd seen on and off for years, we now had thousands of dollar of water and mold damage, includingruined furniture and books.Flash forward to April 2015.With the warmer weather, we have just completed some of the heaviest remediation from the water damage lastyear, caused by this faulty roof installation. This has involved:(1) Demo and replacement of ruined wall and plasterboard: $800.00(2) Damage to room contents: $3000 (Sofa, collectibles, hardwood floors)(3) Redecorating room: $550We're now getting ready to rebuild the exterior deck, at a cost of $2000, and I am extremely annoyed that I'm havingto pay for this, when it was completely unnecessary.In summary:(1) Integrous recommended solution was wrong -- there was no need to remove the existing deck and replace theentire existing extension roof. The leak was at the junction of the sloping roof and the side shingles, as I had originallyobserved.(2) When Integrous replaced the flat roof, Integrous crew had the opportunity to determine if the leak had, or had not,been found, because water damage would have been observed in the layers.(3) Following Integrous installation, the leak was still not fixed, and instead had became substantially worse, leadingto expensive water damage over the next six weeks.(4) When we discussed the water damage with Integrous, they indicated they would send a crew to test the roof, butthere was no follow up at all from Integrous for weeks.(5) At the next major storm, we had water pouring into the room, through the wall, and into the ground, and I couldn'tget hold of anyone from Integrous for hours. A crew came the next evening and made the actual required repair injust a few hours.According to my records, I still have a bill outstanding from Integrous for $3,818.5.I have requested that Integrous write this bill off, given that:(1) The work didn't fix the leak.(2) The work required unnecessary removal of the deck.(3) Integrous had every opportunity to realize they had not fixed the leak.(4) The work led to substantial water damage.(5) Repairing the actual original leak that Integrous had been asked to repair took a few hours in a single evening.I shared these concerns with Integrous 4/7/15. We discussed the situation in person and they reviewed the propertyand saw the repairs that had been necessary. As of 4/20/15, Integrous have made a counter offer to write off theinitial flat-roof replacement if I instead pay $1,343.50 for the repair of the valley and shingles -- the actual cause of theleak. This amount is agreeable, however they have not yet provided documentation indicating that this amount covers*all* work completed and that they will not subsequently attempt to claim payment for the flat roof.I would love to resolve this quickly. It has draggde on long enough. I've emailed and phoned Integrous to let themknow that I need them to provide a bill or statement that indicates that *all* work performed accounted for when I paytheir counter-offer of $1343.50. The clock is ticking -- the work was completed in early June, and I'm concerned thatthe 1 year limit on Angies List reviews is coming up quickly.

I called to make an appointment this morning and they would not even come out to look at my roof. They are only taking full roof replacement jobs right now. I told the woman on the phone that I felt there was damage to many parts of the roof, but really had no idea, as i am not a roofer. I am completely open to the possibility I will need a whole new roof, it's old and damaged and there is leaking. But, unless I was 100% certain I absolutely needed a full roof replacement, she would not even send someone out to look. How am I supposed to know if I need a new roof? Seriously? Isn't that their job? I would not recommend this company. Try someone else who actually wants the work.

Keith came to my house last year to give me an estimate on replacing my roof. He was very professional. I had two other reputable businesses give me an estimate for the same job. Keith was the only one that informed me that my roof would last another five years. A couple of months later we had the hail storm and my insurance declared my roof as needing replacement. Needless to say I hired Integrous to install the new roof. While installing the new roof they damaged one of my outside lights. They offered to purchase and replace the light fixture at no cost to me. They were a little less expensive than the other companies that had given me an estimate. I'm sure I could have gotten a fly-by-night company to tear out and install my new roof for less but I wanted a company that I can contact a few years from now if a problem occurs. I gave them a B on price just because they were in the ballpark with the other companies that had given me an estimate. Quality, I can answer that question better 10 years from now but so far no issues. Responsiveness, punctuality, and professionalism were excellent.

Keith and his crew are awesome! While we had to wait for the backlog to clear, he stayed in constant contact and helped us coordinate with insurance and solar-panel companies to ensure a smooth delivery of services from beginning to end. Once they were able to get started, they wrapped up services in record time. Highly recommended!!

We were convinced that after 30+ years in our home, we probably needed new gutters. As we began the process of getting estimates, some simply quoted a price to do that, but a couple companies said first we needed flashing or drip edge installed before new gutters should be installed and we needed to contact a roofer since the concrete tiles would have to be removed to install the flashing. So then we started that process - getting several different opinions about what all was wrong with our roof, what needed to happen, and just how expensive all that was going to be. Discouraging. David came out, inspected the roof and gutters and said that if it was his house be wouldn't replace anything right now since we're not having any problems with the roof leaking, the gutters were not rusted out and the few gutter leaks we do have could be easily sealed. In other words, don't fix something that's not broken, especially since he felt the roof looked to be in remarkably good condition right now. He's going to email us the contact information of someone that can seal those leaks if we don't want to do it ourselves. Certainly, when a roof problem shows up in the future that needs attention, we'll be calling David. (He even took the time to show and tell me what to watch out for.) It's so nice not to have to wonder if you're being taken advantage of. David took the time out of his day to inspect our roof and gutters and ultimately didn't make a dime from us right now when we were fully prepared to have some work done. Thank you David.

Excellent. After initial reporting to my insurance company regarding extensive hail damage to my roof, deck, and windows, I dealt with another roofing company that proved to be non-responsive and disorganized in the process of providing estimates. I discontinued their contract and eventually wound up working with Integrous, specifically with Mark Gilliland of MGE Enterprises. Mark was professional, courteous, and responsive to all our questions and suggestions. He coordinated the Integrous roof repair, which went extremely well, then provided the remainder of the window and deck repairs under MGE Enterprises, which was equally well done. In particular, I was especially pleased with the MGE work crew who did an exceptional job with the extensive repair work on the 1800 sq ft deck. Perhaps most important, during the six months of back and forth negotiating with my insurance company to finally get all the work approved, Mark was responsive and incredibly patient in assisting me with getting all the information required by the insurance company to make it happen. Overall great job!

David was extremely friendly and courteous, showed up on time and completed the job quickly and thoroughly. In addition, they provided a 5-year certification that is transferable (one-time). I would highly recommend Integrous Roofing.

We are very happy with our experience with Integrous roofing. John George and his crew were always right on time and very professional. The job took two days due to our large roof. There was a small issue with a skylight fit which I was willing to overlook but John George insisted that he be allowed to correct it. They did a great job of cleaning up after the job was done.

We had a hail storm and there were damages on the roof, porch, windows and the fence. I looked on Angies' list to find the A one person and Keith came at the top. Well, it is. He was very professional and his guy did the roof so fast with no problem at all. Then after few days, windows was replaced. But the snow keep coming on and off, so we had to wait for the fence. Finally those few days of beautiful sunny days came, and the guys came in a painted the fence and it looks great. Oh, BTW, I had few other contractors before Keith, none are or were as good and professional as Keith. Some of my neighbors have opted to go with those door hanger contractors and are being screwed and the work is getting delayed since their inspection did not pass. But mine, all went fine. I'll recommend Keith over anybody and I will always go with him with what he can provide, hands down.

Without hesitation, we rate our experience with Integrous Roofing as an A, primarily a reflection of our interactions with he owner, Keith Jacob. He was our contact and managed our job. He inspected our roof prior to the insurance adjuster's visit and was present again during both insurance inspections. Keith is pleasant, professional, and responsive. In contrast, the first roofer we contacted missed our first appointment because he had us confused with another client. With Keith, we always had the impression that our job was foremost in his mind. He never missed an appointment and was always punctual. Keith gave us a good idea of what to expect during the process and set reasonable expectations regarding scheduling during a very busy and snowy winter. Keith provided helpful assistance explaining the insurance claim process and choosing materials. He responded immediately to our questions and always made things right when we had minor concerns. The job was scheduled promptly during a very busy time for his company. The work was completed within 1-1/2 days. The new roof looks great and we are pleased with the workmanship. Keith inspected the new roof prior to the county inspection to ensure it met his standards. The cleanup of our property was adequate, but required a second visit by the crew due to snow. The reason for the N/A grade for Price is because the insurance settlement, not a competitive bidding process, determined the price. We have a very high level of confidence in Integrous Roofing and highly recommend this company.

I wish I could give Integrous Roofing a higher grade than "A." I sought them out after our home sustained major damage as the result of an epic hail storm. After the storm, it seemed like every fly-by-night roofing company camped out in our neighborhood soliciting work. I was worried about finding an ethical company that I could trust. I found Integrous Roofing on Angie's List, and after checking them out on the BBB's website, I made an appointment with Keith Jacob, the principal of Integrous. Because I was worried my insurance company might give me grief about filing a claim, I asked Keith to come assess the damage ahead of time. He explained the damage to me and felt confident that the insurance company would recognize that the roof needed to be replaced. But just in case, Keith was here when the insurance company's claim adjuster examined the roof. I really believe that having a knowledge expert on the premises at the time helped solidify my case and ensured that we got all the coverage benefits to which we were entitled. Then, once the insurance company sent me the break-down of the claim, Keith sat down with me and explained everything that was covered. I'm glad he did, because otherwise, I wouldn't have understood all that we were entitled to. Keith offered me the best brands and products with a wide selection of options within the conditions of our claim and the budget we had to work within. His crew was on time, professional, thorough, and courteous. They were here the day they said they would be, and finished when they said they would. They cleaned up afterwards, leaving our backyard even better than they found it! Keith relied on others in addition to the roofing crew to complete our claim: Tom O'Shea did an amazing job replacing screens, and even helped us replace some windows that had failed seals (outside of the coverage of the claim). We will definitely use Tom again when it comes time to replace other windows. Scott Smith is Keith's general contractor, and he too was courteous and professional. Even though work was held up a bit due to the holidays and terrible weather, Scott was great about keeping me informed. His crew did an amazing job. Here's the bottom line: These days there seems to be lots of unscrupulous, sketchy companies working the home repair and improvement services sector. That's why it's such a relief to find a company that is honest, professional, dependable, and competitively priced. It's my privilege to recommend Integrous Roofing and Restoration as just such a company!

After contacting Integrous, Keith came out to our house and showed us a little presentation on his ipad to help us select shingle styles and colors. We picked the Corning-Owens hail resistant shingles and a color we thought would complement the color of our brick. As it turned out, Corning had come out with a new color, Antique Silver, which went with the house even better. Keith contacted us about a week later to let us know about this and we are very glad he did. The Antique Silver looks terrific. This is one example of the ways Keith and Integrous made a real difference with our roofing job. The roofing work itself went smoothly, taking about a day and a half including some rain delays. This was remarkable when you consider also that all the wood on the roof had to be boarded over with new planks in order to meet code. The crew was always courteous and professional. The foreman was friendly and answered all our questions when the job was finished. Have got to say the quality of the work was first rate and the new gutters went on about a day later, and they looked great too. Overall, couldn't be happier. Keith was only an email away at all times and was very helpful and responsive to any concerns we had. If you have a roofing job to be done, you can deal with this company with confidence. They know their stuff and we recommend them without hesitation.

David White was our estimator and contact. He was nice, friendly, thorough, and professional, and considering how busy the roofers have been in Denver this year, timely. We called Integrous in July, before the recent huge hailstorm. We asked Integrous to come and give us an estimate thinking that our roof was just old and believing we would have to pay for the entire installation by ourselves. But David found hail damage that we didn't realize we had, and advised that we should contact our insurance co. Our roof was old, so we didn't get full replacement value from our insurance co., but we got a whoile lot more than we ever expected to get. David arranged for our solar panels to be removed by solar experts, while other estimators advised that we would have to make those arrangements for ourselves. This was the biggest selling point for me, and the reason we chose Integrous. It took a little while to get the roofers out here, but that was just because the company and all other roofers were so incredibly busy this summer. The installers were professional and did a great job. The solar panel experts were also great. The city inspector reported directly to me that they had done a nice job. David saved us a whole bunch of money by recommending that we call our insurance company. I would highly recommend Integrous to have your roof replaced.

Overall I am very satisfied. I had a unique situation since the house where the work was done was in a different city from where I live so all my contact with Integrous Roofing was via email and phone. After the roof was damaged in a recent hailstorm and working with the insurance adjuster, I did research on Angie’s List and other sources on several highly rated roofing companies. I contacted three and Integrous was the only company that showed at the scheduled date and on time. Keith Jacob was very helpful and informative about my options and had me a written estimate the same day which lined up nicely with the insurance coverage. He was easy to reach by email and phone and answered all of my questions - I had a lot. The work was performed in one day and even though I am out of town, my sister was able to be on-site for the work and said the workers were professional, courteous and left the worksite in clean condition when he job was done. I also had some upgrades done while the roofers were onsite and thought them to be reasonably priced. Very happy with Integrous, Keith Jacob and would definitely highly recommend.

I can not say enough about this excellent company! We had a great experience from beginning to end! Keith got in touch with us very quickly and provided us with a very detailed and very competitive quote. He answered all our questions, walked us through the process and provided photos showing the current condition of our roof. His professionalism, enthusiasm and passion for what he does was reflected in every phase of the job. Before the job, he provided insurance certificates, kept us updated on the schedule, and promptly responded to our additional questions. The crew was outstanding - they did an amazing job - and they left everything in great condition. They worked very hard in the heat (and a few showers) and we appreciate everything they did! I signed up for an Angie's list deal for a roof inspection and basic maintenance work. The roofer came out, and did a brief inspection and said that 15 of my concrete roof tiles were cracked and needed to be replaced. I had to remind the company that the package included maintenance work that had not been done. Today, they showed up to do the work with less than 24 hours notice, and my wife called me very upset that apparently our roof is in terrible shape, the whole thing needs to be replaced, there are structural issues that must be corrected, etc., etc., etc. Why this was not found on the "inspection" is a complete mystery. So now I have to leave my office and spend an hour in travel time to find out what the heck is going on. We feel we have been scammed. ~ UPDATE: I spoke with the workers and was able to resolve the issues. In the end it was good quality work and I was pleased.

S and A Seamless Gutters partners with Integrous for gutter work. They did a great job replacing my existing leaking gutters and downspouts in addition to moving downspouts around and adding proper extensions. I was also able to choose a color rather than white at no additional cost. They were prompt and courteous and I would use them again if needed.

David White came out to bid on the job. He was very thorough: he was the only contractor who requested to see inside the attic to check for details on the leaking. He send a contract within days and scheduled the work all by email. On the day of the job, he was the one who showed up to do the work. This is, in our experience, unusual, as it seems to be customary that the salesperson doesn't end up doing the work. This was excellent because nothing got lost; David knew what the problems with the roof were because he'd already seen them himself. This list of work to be done was included in his contract in detail. So he saw the problems himself, detailed the work to be done himself, and then actually did the work himself. No room for miscommunications or oversights. Very personable, intelligent, friendly and efficient.

David White was an excellent representative. He came to inspect the roof, sent a very detailed and thorough explanation (which included photos) of the work he proposed and his price was very affordable (and less than the 2 competitors who gave us quotes). This is one of the best companies we've ever worked with on home repairs. Our new insurance company was about to drop us, so I quickly hunted for somebody to do our roof. After six estimates, we finally decided on Integrous Inc. One of the main reasons being that they were able to finance the re-roof. We had to get a new roof due to 2 layers of shingles and a few shingles damaged and granular loss. Nothing could be covered. This was understood by our Sales and Service Rep, John George. He worked with us from start to finish on this project. Being new homeowners we were not unsure of what we were doing and what we were looking for, but John was there to help guide us. Though a little more expensive than other estimates that we got, we were very happy with the personalized service, the option to finance and the quality of the product. The crew that came out to work on the house was impressively kind and considerate and even though we had to have the lead out a couple of times, he was very thorough, took pics and brought them down for me to see and confirm the requested issue had been resolved. My husband and I are very happy with the decision we made and would highly recommend to anybody who might end up in the same situation or are just looking to have repairs done. We will definitely be using them again in the future.
