I do not know much about insurance claims or roofing and he helped explain the process very clearly on multiple occasions. The process went quickly and without any complications that I can recall. The work looks great and my wife and I have lived under the roof with no known issues with the work to date. I would certainly work with John again as well as Integrous Roofing and would likely recommend them for any friend looking to do similar work to their home.

I had thought of doing this a year earlier but after interviewing many companies I held off. I just never felt like I could trust the other companies. I honestly would tell anyone that this company is the real deal. I have never, ever dealt with a company that from the very first phone call, right through the completion of the job that totally exceeded my expectations. I could go on for hours about how glad I am that I found this company on Angies List. All companies should use these guys as a blueprint on how a company should operate. On a five star rating system I would give them ten stars.

They were pretty sure that my skylight was the issue as it was older and past its life. Very professional, come out and were able to quickly make the replacement. + 0 moreWe've had bad experiences with contractors before, but Keith Jacob and his company, Integrous Roofing, has restored my faith in the construction industry. Our roof was damaged beyond repair from a hail storm this summer. Keith did an incredible job of assessing what needed to be done, communicating with us in a clear, professional manner, and negotiating with the insurance company. He was always responsive to any concerns we had. When it came time to do the work, his team was prompt, courteous, and highly skilled. They did beautiful work and got it done when when they said they were going to do it. They cleaned up after themselves and did not leave us with a mess. Keith is responsible and honest. I would recommend him to anyone. Our roof should be good for the next 30 years, but if we have another killer hail storm before then, I'll know exactly whom to call. I would use Keith again in a heartbeat if I needed to .Anyone who needs a new roof would be wise to call Keith at Integrous Roofing.

+ -1 moreKeith is very responsive and flexible- he returns calls within hours and changed his schedule to match ours on the estimate. We wanted to wait a couple of months before starting the work and he was great about that as well. Work started on time and was over as scheduled. The crew was fast and willing to come back to help with some extra clean up. Since we did not do a great job prepping the outside area for them, I was really grateful for that. I asked them to clean out some skylights and fix an outdoor light and they did so at first opportunity. Lots of roofers came by but Integrous was the most informative, and at explaining the why behind procedures and the process. The were great working with our insurance company.

I compiled a list of questions to ask each contractor on our initial visit. I based my questions on my research that I had done and kept a log of all responses. I also went with the comfort level I felt upon sitting down and discussing my questions and concerns. From the moment I met with David, I felt like he was knowledgeable with his trade and he seemed very sincere. I compared my comfort level with the others I had talked to and a couple others came across as shady or I had uneasy feelings about. David worked out all the details with the insurance company and it made the process so much easier to deal with. I have never been through this type of process so having David work it out with the insurance company simplified things greatly and eased all the stress. Upon completion of the project, the county inspector came out and did the inspection. The inspection passed and I am pleased with the outcome. I am very hesitant when it comes to trusting others so it took me awhile before I decided upon Integrous Roofing. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

+ 0 moreOverall a positive experience. John George was patient in responding to my various questions and inquiries, including through the billing and insurance phase. He worked with me in removing an old, ugly awning behind the house along with the roof work. The new roof and gutters look great. My only criticisms: communication was sometimes spotty. I had to follow up with John a few times regarding questions. Also, some emails were supposedly sent but not received, including one regarding the day of installation (I didn't know when it was happening until I came home to see the supplies sitting on the roof). An additional minor conveience was that some of the scrap metal of the awning was left at my house for me to dispose of.

+ 0 moreThe Integrous roofers and other subcontractors (gutters, paint) showed up when they were scheduled to show up. The work was top quality and was finished in a very timely manner. The roofers did an especially good job cleaning up after themselves when the roof was finished. They could not have done a better job. John George, Integrous Sales Representative, kept a very close eye on the entire project making certain that everything was done exactly as expected and keeping me aware of everything going on. He was easily available to address any concerns that I had. He made certain that the few very small paint and gutter concerns that I had were corrected ASAP. I feel that I made an excellent choice when I chose Intergrous. It was overall an unexpectedly very satisfying experience.

+ -1 moreI called for an estimate on a leak in my shake roof and was informed that they do only full-replacement service but that I could call in 3 months and supplicate again. In the meantime my leak gets worse. I understand that a roof replacement is more lucrative than a repair, but I'm not sure the customer should bear the penalty for this. Moreover, it's short-sighted: I anticipate replacing the roof entirely within the next couple years, but it will most certainly not be through Integrous. On the plus side, the phone agent was polite and professional.

+ 0 moreFrom the outset, we worked with David, one of the sales team at Integrous. He was very personable and helped guide us through the process of filing the claim with our insurance company, and provided us with a timeline of how and when the roofing and gutter replacement would happen. Because of circumstances beyond our control, we had to move up our roofing date earlier than Integrous had scheduled, and they were able to accommodate us. As well, in spite of having to be off for the birth of his child, David was always immediately responsive to emails or phone calls whenever we had questions or concerns. In short, his assistance was invaluable. The roof on both our house and detached garage took only a day and a half to complete. They were very thorough and cleaned up the work site well. Gutters were done in about 2 hours and because David did such a good job of matching the color with the existing color on the eaves, we didn't have to repaint the gutters. From start to finish, it was a great experience. We recommend Integrous highly!

The folks at Integrous were very prompt and professional when they did the hail inspection. On the scheduled work day the crew arrived promptly and was finished in a day, including a rain delay.
