This company was fantastic. David was responsive, friendly, easy to schedule, and on time (in fact early) for his appt. He quickly looked at the water damage on my ceiling, checked in the attic to determine where the water was coming through, and then hopped up on the roof to figure out the source. He explained that the roof was in great shape and that it was probably a fluke with a strong storm and that he didn't see any major issues. He did caulk around one of the pipes on the ceiling, and said that he didn't expect I'd have any other issues. (the water mark on my ceiling was very small and hadn't grown since it first showed up)Now, let me contrast that with another roofing company that came out and told me they were going to need to replace the shingles near that pipe at a cost of $750 - but he was wiling to give me a deal at $500. That company never even checked in my attic - basically just through a number out. Thankfully, I did not go with that roofing company. I can't tell you how happy I was with Integrous. I've heard such bad things from people about roofers and needing to be really careful because they can try and sell you things you don't need. From the first call with Integrous, I felt like they were honest and reputable, and would highly recommend them to anyone. Definitely a good experience and I trust what David said about my roof. In the future, when I'm ready to replace my roof, I will be calling this company. Highly recommend.

David came out a couple months ago to inspect our roof after a big hail storm. He was very professional and personable. He found no damage. Last week, during a bathroom reno we felt there was a possibility of a roof leak. He came back and re-inspected the roof and found that it still looks good. So, the reno can continue! Thanks David!

Couldn't be happier with the service. Bottom line is I'd recommend these guys to anyone. I called the Integrous Roofing and Restoration phone number and someone answered right away. I was scheduled a time and David showed up at that time --which is more than many companies can do. A leak had developed in our sun room after a heavy rainstorm. David checked out the spot of the leak and then went to work inspecting the roof. He identified an area near the chimney that needed some minor repair. Within an hour he had finished up and was on his way. No more leaks. David was extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable --everything you could ask for. Very impressed. Thanks-

John George was very easy to work with, was on time for appointments, and was easy to communicate with. They communicated well with my insurance provider. Extra work was needed to replace underlayment decking and the insurance company covered that too. All work was performed as advertised and on time. I was also able to get an upgrade on my shingles using the insurance adjustment. My yard was left clean and the roof works and looks great.

The receptionist said that someone would call me to set an appointment within 24 hours and it's been over two weeks and no call back

The technician was very respectful, punctual and thorough. He took several pictures he showed us of the roof and was honest enough to tell us that no significant damage was present and no work was needed. I highly recommend their services.

It went very well. Before the insurance company could show up, we had another rain storm. Keith Jacobs sent out his people to repair the roof even though it was going to be replaced. We needed to stop any further damage. Once the insurance company provided what the insurance would pay and what it would not, Keith Jacobs provided a bid that stayed within budget. As a Property Manager I am always looking for a responsible, honest tradesman. Keith Jacobs and Integrous Roofing fit that description. I have had Integrous Roofing repair or replace many roofs. Each one has been a professional undertaking. I don't bother to look further. Integrous Roofing fits what I am looking for, honesty, professionalism, and courtesy.

It was great! I had contacted several other roofing contractors through Angie's List and decided to go with Integrous. John George was my contact from the start to the end. He was very knowledgeable about roofing and made me feel extremely comfortable. He mentioned things that I didn't even think of and put them into terms that was easy for me to understand. Any time I called with a question he was very courteous and very responsive. He stopped by several times during and after the job to make sure I was pleased and to see if there was anything at all that he could help with. He broke down the estimate, the warranty, the materials, everything! The installation crew really took pride in their job and worked very hard. They cleaned up extremely well! The head installer, Juan, was always double checking everything. He was very much a perfectionist and made sure everything was in tip-top shape! The county inspector even mentioned what a great job they did! I would recommend them in a heart beat!

We had a great experience with John and the team at Integrous. We called John after a nasty hailstorm and he came out to evaluate our roof soon thereafter. Once it was determined that we needed a new roof, he went out of his way to walk us through the insurance process, helped us choose the new shingles, filed for the permits and got the work done. Afterwards he even followed up with our insurance company to ensure we were getting the discounts we were eligible for with our new roof. I've recommended Integrous to several friends already and will continue recommending them.

Did a great job getting the most from our insurance. Other company we had quote only got roof damage coverage. They did follow-up submissions with insurance to have payout adjusted. Done on time and quickly, good clean-up Roofers did not enter the house and patch around the skylights, but when we notified the salesman he came himself and completed the work quickly. Our mortgage company were unclear on instructions and lost an insurance check. Integerous was very patient while I sorted the problem out.

Was easy to make an appointment with various hours and days available to choose from. Worked with David White who was prompt, professional and courteous. Asked about experience with different insurance providers as we were looking to switch from current insurance company. David was able to confirm that the roof was still in good condition after a major hailstorm and recommended yearly maintenance to replace individual wood shingles as necessary. After disagreeing with our insurance company about the extent of the damage to our roof, David's State of the Roof Report made me feel more comfortable with the insurance company's decision on our claim and put to rest any concerns that we would have to do any immediate roof repair/replacement. The only slightly critical comment I would make is that the report had some grammar/spelling errors, which is a very minor concern.

We got three estimates and Integrous was nowhere near the cheapest. We reviewed the estimates over and over and realized Integrous had captured in writing everything we wanted done, the other two had captured most of the items. Requesting better written estimates turned out to be fruitless. We reviewed Integrous for past problems and found nothing concerning. Their estimator John was very knowledgeable, customer oriented and really impressed us that he could get what we wanted. I do not like hiring non American crews, who you cannot communicate with, but I was pleased with the crew who did this work. They were very hard working, knowledgeable in their craft and cleaned up really well, and you could speak with them very easily. I too have roofed in my earlier years and know when I get a good crew, and good job. The city inspector could not find any thing amiss when he inspected. Maybe not the cheapest up front but nothing had to be redone or refixed. (so maybe they were the cheapest??) .....the crew leader came back a couple of days later to ask if anything was amiss or if he could be of any further service.

I would use Integrous Roofing again in a heartbeat, and would not even consider another roofer. I will recommend them to neighbors who need roof work. Overall, they were fantastic. See below if you want more details. I decided to use Integrous Roofing for my complete roof replacement (hail damage - covered by insurance) after getting estimates from them and a couple other roofing companies I found through Angie's List. My main contact was David White. From initial sales call through until after the final installation, David was fantastic. We had a complex job, as we were replacing our siding around the same time, and David needed to work with the siding installer on a number of items to make sure the installation on both went smoothly. David was very flexible and very clear. He helped me understand the complexity of the insurance payment breakdown (over a dozen pages), what insurance would cover, etc. The installers completed the job in two days, during a narrow window of warm weather between snow storms in December. The head installer was a bit gruff at times (hence the B grade in professionalism) because he was concerned that he would damage the new siding and wished the roof had been done first and did not want to be responsible for damage. I eventually brought David into the mix and he came on site and smoothed it all over with the installer. While there was some very minor damage to the siding, David made sure that it was fixed without any expense on my part. The only critique other than a sometimes gruff installer is that David sometimes took a bit of time getting back to me. Most of the time he returned or answered that call on the same day, but occasionally it was a few days before he would get back to me. The issues were never urgent, so there was really no problem caused by it. Overall - I give them my highest recommendation. In terms of contractors and roofing installers, I'd give them the highest grade out of the dozen or so that I have worked with over the years.

John George came out to inspect my roof for hail damage. I had water on the floor of my garage and the wood of the roof was clearly saturated. He looked at the roof which was 6 years old and said there wasn't a problem with it, that the problem was the siding on the house where the garage attaches. He stuck his knife in a hole and took some pictures. He also gave me contact information for someone who might want to do the work, however I called that person and never received a call back. I have found a handyman who will do the work. I gave the price a C because I probably could have gotten this inspection for free. But I was happy to hear there are no issues with my roof!

Keith Jacobs may be the most professional contractor I've ever used. He is prompt, courteous, insightful, experienced, and cost-effective and cost-conscious. He presented several roof replacement options. I originally wanted metal, to protect primarily against hail, and he steered me to concrete tile because he said metal would show more of the dents/damage caused by hail. Keith sat at my kitchen table and walked me through metal, concrete tile, and asphalt...and their associated costs and pros/cons. We chose concrete tile, and within weeks we had a beautiful new roof. Neighbors have stopped and commented repeatedly on how nice the roof looks, and I do feel it is practically indestructible. Throughout, Keith maintained that level of professionalism and "high touch" customer service by both email and phone. We also wanted a whole house attic fan, and Keith recommended an excellent contractor who was ALSO professional, courteous, and cost-effective. As an update, the big April 2016 snow caused some of the tiles to come off when the heavy snow slid down the valley on the 2nd floor roof. Keith responded same-day to this warranty issue, the roofer was there to assess the damage on the same day, and he did the no-cost replacement within a few days (took time to get the tile delivered). I highly recommend Keith, and Integrous, for your roofing needs.

Integrous Roofing: the name accurately says it all, and this company gets our highest rating. We worked with John George from start to finish and he handled every detail, from negotiating with the insurance company on the difference between their estimate and the company's bid, to finding a solar company to remove and reinstall our existing solar panels, to taking care of additional claims for damage not noticed by the insurance company's adjustor (e.g. with skylights) that arose during the job. He visited the job daily, plus several other visits before and after to check on details, and answered many phone calls and e-mails from us promptly and in detail. When the city told us they are 6 months behind in doing roof inspections, he arranged for a private inspector approved by the city. It's hard to say enough good things about John and the work performed: on a scale of 1-10, we'd rate them both a 20. The roofing crew was also excellent, easy to work with and got the whole job done, removal to reinstallation, in two days, with a thorough clean up afterwards. They kept us abreast of the work and let us know promptly about unanticipated problems they found. The cost was reasonable for the size and complexity of the job, and the quality of work was superb.

i needed a new roof on my home after a year of hail damage. I had 6 different companies come out to provide estimates including Integrous roofing. I chose Integrous roofing because their rep John George made me feel the most comfortable and he was knowledgable and was able to walk me through the process. I did not feel like he was trying to sell me or do anything I didn't need. Because I am not a roofer, I asked John to come out when my insurance came to inspect the roof. John was more than happy to do so, and showed up before the insurance adjuster just to make sure he was there. long story short, my roof was covered for damage and John took care of the rest. Because of my deductible was 1,000 dollars, John made sure to help me out when he could and ensured that this project would not hurt my family financially. The crew was great, they finished in a day, they cleaned up, and they were very professional and nice. This project went as smooth as it could have because I did my due diligence in looking for the right contractor. I did call 6 contractors from Angies List, but Integrous was the best, and they did not disappoint when it came to their service. I'm sorry if there are typos, but i highly recommend Integrous Roofing. I have already sent over a friend to talk to John. It went so well my friend already contacted me to thank me for my referral. Do your research, but Integrous was great!!!

This company is great; it was done as promised, with a permit that got pulled and signed off on. They came out early, removing the old roofing and replaced it with a good Malarkey-brand type-4 roofing that is impact resistant. This provides a 25% discount with my State Farm insurance. They were helpful, courteous, prompt and very professional. The roofing job included providing for additional venting as it didn't have the correct venting to being with. The materials and quality are first-class, with a good price as well. I whole-heartedly recommend this company, hands down.

Working with Integrous Roofing and in particular John George was a blessing. From start to finish, John is a man of his word. He's honest, trustworthy and does exactly what he says he'll do. He was never pushy, gave me advise as if I was a family member and was available throughout the roofing process. How fortunate I was to see Integrous Roofing in Angie's List. The true value of a company is determined when there's a problem. Do they return your calls, show up once paid, etc? After completing my roofing job, my solar panels needed to be reinstalled. I was informed the mounting/electrical hardware had been moved and the replaced roof vents were too high to reinstall my solar panels. I contacted John, explained the situation and as he always says "No problem, I'll take care of it". John spoke to the solar company, made arrangements to meet them with his roofers and immediately resolved the problem. Seamless execution! I could not be happier with Integrous Roofing. If you want the best, look no further. This is the company you want to do business with, period! Thank you John and Integrous Roofing for being everything you claim to be. It went well. Keith, the owner of the company, showed up at my house to give me a roof quote. He was early to the appointment and actually had to wait for me to show up. By the time I arrived, with my permission Keith had already inspected our roof. Earlier in the year I was approached by a roofer who told me I had hail damage and needed a new roof. I wanted a second opinion. Keith informed me of how roofers get paid and that some may be motivated to encourage roof replacement even if it isn't necessary. Keith took the time to take me up on the roof and show me what he saw. With his ipad he compared pictures of what a hail damage roof looked like so we could compare my roof, I had no idea what hail damage looked like. He showed me how I had no visible signs of hail damage and that he would replace my roof if we were admit about it but that he recommended we keep the roof we had, which was not too his companies benefit. Keith did take the time to show me some issues on my roof from the previous roof installation. He also told me how to fix them. A trip to home depot, $30 and an hour later I had resolved the issues he pointed out. Keith was on time, courteous, and I felt he was honest. With the experience I had with Keith and Integrous Roofing & Restoration I will use them when the time comes to get a new roof and I would recommend them.

They were excellent to work with - communicated well, nice people, did the job well, and cleaned up. Any question I had was answered right away. No problems at all. We have a great roof!

It went excellent. I am very happy with the job and everything related to the roof of our house will always be through Integrous Roofing. Dave was a real pleasure to work with. Just a great job. Done professionally. I am very happy. Also when all of the annoying roofing folks showed up Integrous was not like that at all. I found them on Angies list and I will stick with them in the future. Integrous handled our roof replacement very well. Keith explained the entire process well and ALWAYS responded quickly when we would call with questions or requests for information. The crew was on time and worked quickly and efficiently cleaned up as they went. We had to have solar panels removed and we also had a house fan installed just before the roof replacement. Integrous handled all the coordination with the other vendors.

We were about to have a baby and John George was quick to come give an estimate and start on the work within 7-10 days. He was caring and sensitive to our needs, time frame and budget. His workers were quick and efficient making sure to pick up their mess; both vacuuming off the patio and large metal magnet for material in the yard. When I had a question about an area that was not diverting water like I had thought it should once the roof was completed John came back and with in a day or two the workers were back to address the area, with no hum or haw or bad attitude. We genuinely felt the care they had for us having to complete the roof out of pocket. I would with out reservation recommend this company for any size job.
