They were fantastic! Hundreds less than competitors! They came, checked, gave an estimate in a day, then the work was done in a single day and only ONE nail found after they left. Nothing scratched, nothing left behind. They were fantastic!

My experience with Integrous was absolutely wonderful. They were very professional, responsive, courteous, and thorough. I explained about the wind damage and the missing concrete tiles. They were able to work us in between a couple of other jobs on their schedule very quickly, which was greatly appreciated, since more wind and snow were on the way. David was very thorough and did a quick review of the entire roof, replacing a couple of cracked tiles he found as well. I will absolutely use Integrous again if I have any future roofing needs, and I would highly recommend them. I might add that I donand acirc;??t typically write reviews, but this experience was so positive that I felt I should.

The process was fairly painless. I found Integrous via angie's list, and asked them to quote the job. I got 3 quotes, and they came back as one of the lower cost options. I proceeded to then meet with Keith (owner/CEO) to discuss the job, timing, etc. After meeting Keith, I was convinced that they would be the contractor that I'd select to do the job. Integrous, true to their name, seemed like an honest company who would be straight up with everything. Also at my meeting, Keith explained the recent state law passed in Colorado in 2010 that forces homeowners to pay (at minimum) the deductible from their homeowners policy when insurance is paying for the roof replacement. BTW, this was the most frustrating part of the whole process, and it has nothing to do with Integrous. So then we picked the roof color, and a date was set to repair the roof. Keith emailed me a great info sheet on the exact details on what to expect on the day the repair would happen. We had a bit of weather related delay (it is late summer in Colorado after all, so showers are not unexpected) but the roof got replaced, and it went well. They did an excellent job, picked up after themselves so it looked like they were never there. The roof looks/works great, and it's now back up to the current codes as well. I am very glad I chose Integrous, and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Contacted this company at 10am with a request to have my roof looked at because water was dripping into the house from the ceiling. I was told they would contact me within 24 hrs. At 7pm in the evening I was called and told they are booked out 6 weeks. Wasted the entire day thinking they would schedule me...could have told me when I contacted them in the morning.

Based off the post on Angie's List and their website, this company seemed good for the repair.

The crew showed up when they said they would, and did the job. The roof looks very nice, and the Douglas County inspector told my wife they had done a very good job. It is saying something when an inspector tells you that. I sincerely recommend Keith, because he does what he says he'll do, his crews show up on time and get the job done well.

Great. This is the second time we are using Integrous. The first time was for a previous residence. John George is thorough, professional and seems to care about you as if you were is own family. His team is also efficient and skilled.

I think it went great No issues I did get a few quotes and asked if they could match or at least get close and it went very well. I was waiting to write a review on the Repair part first which I had done about 2 months earlier. I wanted to give it some time to make sure it held up but then we decided to sell so I called them out to replace the roof it was done within 3 days of asking them to replace it and was done in one day I believe by 3pm. I didn't have any nails or debris lying around They put Tarps out to catch most everything cleaned up there mess same day NOTHING was left for another day. I would Definitely say Get a few quotes but ALWAYS remember you get what you pay for. I am very happy I called Keith out and I think the first go around with the repair he was 100% looking out for me and again on the Replacement I think it looks great.

i thought Integrous was very professional and got the job done very efficiently. The roof required replacement due to hail damage and Integrous worked with me while I had to deal with the insurance company and mortgage company throughout. David White with Integrous is very professional and knowledgeable.

Everything went just as Keith Jocob's, the owner, said that it would. The product was delivered on a Tue and the crew started early the next morning. The sub-contractor was very pleasant to deal with and their equipment was clean and very neighborhood friendly. Keith had all of the city inspectors out at the times requested and all was approved without question. This was the easiest roofing job I have ever been through. If Keith did more than roofing I would have his company do all of the work I ever needed. Thank you so much Keith for making this a pleasant experience for me while I was sick. :-)

Last year, we changed insurance companies and learned that the roof on our rental home needed to be replaced .... we learned this AFTER we had left our carrier. Naturally, the new company would not cover the replacement roof because it was considered pre-existing damage. It was looking like the new roof was going to cost us in the neighborhood of $12,000. Out. Of. Pocket. Gulp! We began scrambling to get a loan. We took three bids for the job: our insurance carrier recommended a company (1), neighbor's had used another business (2), and I found Integrous on Angie's list (3). All the bids were competitive. (Personally, I chose Integrous simply because of the reviews on Angie's List but I waited to award the job until after I heard everyone's pitch.) When I met John at the site, I was immediately impressed by his authenticity but, moreover, I was impressed by his desire to find a way to get the roof covered. After all, we had been paying to insure that home for twenty years and would certainly have made a claim had we but known there had been roof damage. It seemed exceptionally unfair to have paid for all that coverage yet end up unable to benefit from it. Nevertheless, my current insurance company never suggested pursuing back coverage and none of the other roofing companies made any effort to pursue coverage, either. John went back six years to discover that a hail storm, with particularly large balls of hail, had hit our street. He also verified that other homes around us had also sustained damage in that storm and they had all gotten new roofs. The damage observed on our roof was consistent with the hail storm that was documented in John's records. In the end, John's efforts resulted in the claim being fully covered by the insurance company that we had at the time of the storm ( kudos to Farmers, also, for covering an outdated claim with good grace and prompt professionalism). ....But John's attention to customer satisfaction did not end there. Our project was rife with challenges: there was a tree growing into the roof, the decking was shot (dangerously so!), the skies rained nearly every day. When I expressed concern that the materials had been delivered to the site but were unprotected from the rain, John went out, bought a tarp, and had the materials covered the same day. When a roofer's foot caved through the eroded decking, John immediately informed me and arranged a drywaller to repair the damage within hours so our renter's lives would not be disrupted; he also came in on a weekend and replaced the light fixture that was broken when the ceiling came down. When he discovered the tree (that was growing into the roof) was larger than his tools could manage, John rented a chainsaw and took care of the over-sized limb himself. The problems Integrous encountered never became "my" problems. Instead, John simply resolved all issues as they arose and gave me updates along the way. I remain BLOWN AWAY but how far he took the concept of "integrity" and "customer service". Unforeseen challenges, like those seen on this job, would probably have resulted in most home owner's being left to pick up the pieces and scurrying to find repair people but, with John and Integrous, we were absolutely covered from start to finish. I can't remember EVER having this sort of service. It is both rare and amazing to "not" have to worry about every little detail. In fact, the concept was so foreign to me that I kept finding myself waiting for the proverbial "shoe to fall", expecting this wave of good luck to end and to find ourselves stuck with a bill that exceed our quote, or some such thing. .....I waited. ....And waited. ....And the shoe never fell. The job was rapidly and professionally completed as bid, with all extra issues addressed by John himself, and we were not hit with unexpected charges. Phew! Integrous should be commended for hiring people like John, he is a credit to their team. Additionally, Integrous should be honored for allowing their workers to support customers so thoroughly - what a promising reminder that customer service still exists! I have already referred John, and Integrous, to another family in Boulder for their upcoming roof work. This is but the first wave of my positive PR. In addition to sharing my comments on Angie's List and I will continue to recommend this company to anyone who seeks a reputable roofing company. - J.S.

From the very first time I called, David was professional returned my call promptly. Came to look at roof next day. Found some problems the Insurance company did not. Showed it to me and let me know why it needed to be fixed. Integrous was the third roofing company I met with. I knew after talking with David that they were the one to go with. After that Integrous/David handled everything. I got a phone call from my Insurance that they talked to David and agreed with him and sent me a check for more money. The install team showed up on time worked hard and cleaned up at the end of each day. 3 days later had new roof and new gutters. they added more vents to handle my whole house fan(at no charge). They painted my vents and chimney vent to match the new color roof I picked. I think they left my yard cleaner than it was before they came. Professional job done by professionals.

This was a wonderful experience. Keith was great to work with. This was the first time I had to have any roof work done. He explained the whole process from start to finish. Keith was onsite with my insurance adjuster to make sure the adjustor got everything the first time. The adjustor was not from Colorado so he was not familiar with the code requirements. Keith warned me this would happen. Keith was diligent in collecting and the sending in the photos and documentation to get all the codes items paid for. I was given documentation pertaining to what to expect the day of the re-roof. It covered everything. The roofing crew showed up before 7am and got right to work. They were done by 4pm. When I say done I mean they had the yard all cleaned up, tools packed away and the dump trailer was gone. The only thing I wish would have happened was for the crew to knock on my door and let me know they were here. And to let me know they were done. It startled me when someone walked by the back door. However, I am noting that all contractors seem not tell you when they arrive and when they are leaving contractors. It was the same for the two other projects I had done this year.I will use Integrous again for any roofing needs I have (hopefully not any time soon).

I wish I could give Integrous a better rating but I honestly cannot. My roof was damaged in a hail storm in June of 2014 and the process of replacing my roof has just now been completed in February 2015. First the positives of working with Integrous: Keith and his crew are all very friendly and courteous. I feel like the quality of my new roof is very good and the price I received was fair. However, the company is apparently too busy to provide the good customer service they claim to do. My project was slow out of the gate due to issues with my insurance company that eventually were resolved. Once I got the insurance issue settled and my shingle and color selections completed, Integrous informed me my new roof would be installed in approximately two months instead of the 2-3 weeks originally promised. That meant a roof installation in mid November which I was not happy about. After informing Integrous that wouldn't work, they moved up the installation to mid October. In the meantime when I called my rep at Integrous with questions about the project, he was typically unavailable and did not return calls or emails promptly. When I called the main office for answers, they had no idea of the status of my roof and only referred me back to my rep. The roofers eventually completed the job in a little over two days and did a good job. Their clean-up work left a little to be desired as I found a number of leftover nails and other trash around my house in the days after. Integrous claims they will do a thorough inspection of the new roof within several days of the completion of the job. My rep did not come out to the house to do his inspection until a month had passed. At that point he called for the inspection by the city, but it was already mid November and that point, and due to snow and weather issues I had a ladder in front of my house for 2 1/2 months until the city inspection was completed. Throughout the process I had difficulty in contacting Integrous and getting questions answered in a timely manner. I was often told by my rep that he was extremely busy with other projects, and I think the customer service I received on my project suffered as a result. While I am satisfied with the quality of the work done on my roof, the next time I need a new roof I unfortunately will not use Integrous.

Keith Jacob came out to inspect the roof as there had been several bad hail storms in the prior few weeks. Keith said there was no damage to our roof. He took photos which he showed me on his I-Pad and, since our home is going up for sale, said that he could do a certification if we wanted. We elected to wait on that, but he said that all the info would still be available should we need it at a future time. Keith is very professional and responsive and I greatly appreciate that he willingly comes a long distance to Evergreen even though there is no charge for the inspection. This is the second year that he has come out and inspected. Most of the other companies that I contacted last year, before finding Integrous on Angie's List, had a minimum fee to do this. I do have a yard maintenance crew that does my gutter cleaning the rest of the year, but I always have Keith do it when he does an inspection to help offset his costs in coming this far and I think he does appreciate this, but he certainly doesn't expect it.

David got up on the roof and then in the attic. He was unable to find any place where a leak might be coming in from the roof and suggested that it might be discoloration from a previous problem. When I asked him how much I owed him for the time that he spent, even though he didn't find anything, he said that there would be no charge. He was very pleasant and seemed knowledgeable. I assured him that I would contact him in the future for any roofing issues.

Our area was hit with a major hail storm and many of the houses got hail damage. The 1st Roofing Company that inspected our house said that we needed to replace the roof so I called my insurance company and the inspector confirmed that the roof needed replacement and gave us an estimate of total replacement cost. We called a total of 5 roofing companies to compare their product, price and their presentation. Two of the companies would only say that they would do the job for what ever the insurance company would pay and did not give any details of what they would do. Keith Jacob, Owner of Integrous, gave us a full presentation on his Ipad in our kitchen and he impressed us that the company name of Integrous had the meaning of ?Full of Integrity?. No other company came close to impressing us as Keith did. Once the date was set to do the roof, we received a sheet with the details of what we could expect with the delivery and other details like having our car out of the garage during the roof replacement. Six workers arrived to do the job and they started by putting tarps around the house to catch whatever would fall down as they worked, they also put large boards around the garage doors, over the outside air condition unit and where ever damage might happen from the old roof tear down. No other company that was doing roofs in our neighborhood did this. They did the total replace in one day. Again, around our neighborhood, replacement was taking a minimum of 2 to 7 days for other roofs. Since it was dark when the work was complete, the foreman told me that they would come back in the morning to inspect what they did and insure that it was done right and there was no nails or debris on the ground. What an outstanding job and communication. Everyone else had hammering going on for days but we were done in one day by dark. The size of the crew was a big part of why it was done in a day. We are impressed with Keith, the workers and the Integrity of Integrous, and would highly recommend them.

The materials were delivered day before and stored on the roof. People arrived on time and worked very hard all day long taking a short lunch. I was encouraged to asked questions, see the condition on the roof and to take pictures. They consulted with me when the additional installation was recommended and explained my options. They finished during one day and collected all the nails using magnetic device. Their team leader and people are nice and helpful people. They followed up and made sure that I do not additional fixes.we had hail and heave showers since the roof installation and we did not have any problems. It looks nice and we are satisfied with their work.

David was great to work with. We had a very positive experience with him. He is honest, personable and professional.

We worked with owner Keith Jacob, who initially came to our home on a weekend morning. He spent nearly two hours explaining the roofing process and the things we would want to consider, in regard to a new roof, pointing out details that only someone who is passionate about their work might worry about. It was clear from the start that this was a man who would look after our home the way he might his own. Our experience after hiring Integrous Roofing lived up to -- and above these expectations. Keith was always available to answer questions. Due to weather conditions, we had to reschedule the roofing several times; he stayed in constant contact with us and had our priorities in mind all the time. (We had a larger home renovation underway, and the roof had to fit into a longer list of other repairs during a certain time frame. Keith kept this in mind the whole time, trying his very best to get the job done in the window of time necessary.) The final work was superb. The roofers did a wonderful job, even installing flashing, without being asked, where animals had eaten away part of the fascia boards. (We had planned to have this addressed by a different contractor after the roof had been replaced.) It seemed to be as close to a perfect job as you could get. Ironically, we were hit with a massive hailstorm just a week or so after the roof had been replaced and are looking at another possible replacement. After our first experience with this company, I will go with Integrous without question.

Since it was a bad hail storm year (summer 2014), it was going to take some time to be scheduled in. That was not a problem since our roof had a structural warranty on it that did not expire until March 2015. Keith had no problem working with us on postponing the reroofing until that warranty expired, as to not void it while they were still liable for the leak repairs we were experiencing. He scheduled the drop off for 3 April several weeks out - and no kidding, they showed on 3 April to drop the supplies. They were scheduled to reroof the house on 4-5 April, assuming the temperatures were over 40-something degrees...and it was. They showed the morning of 4 April ready to go and were done by early afternoon. If I hadn't of seen them drop the supplies and shown up, I would never have known they were there - not a trace left behind. They guys who dropped off the supplies on the roof as well as the team lead who showed up Mon morning were pleasant and quick. It looks great - No complaints here! I would recommend them to anyone!

I called about a leak in the roof. Keith was able to come out quickly and make the repair during the initial visit. Price was very reasonable. I was pleased with the service and we will be using them to do some additional work on our gutters.
