DO NOT use this company! At first, we thought this would be a great fit to help us get our rental repaired so we could place it on the market to sell. Quoted us a reasonable number that fit within our budget and stated he could complete the work in 1-2 days. He did less than 1/4 of the work he said he would do, left many projects unfinished (unpainted, not caulked or just didn’t do them). The trim under my dishwasher was so bad that it made it impossible to even open the dishwasher. He Left all his construction materials, that were left over from the job, just laying in the garage. All his garbage sprawled out in the garage and the side of my house. Most of the small items he agreed to complete weren’t even touched. The when we contacted him to come over and discuss- he responded with ‘well your house looked like crap anyway.’ (Umm that’s why we hired you!) Unprofessional, did not do the job he was contracted to do and charged us almost double for what he claimed he ‘did’ do

Excellent communication and service. Had to cancel last minute and rescheduling was easy! Excellent skills and attention to detail! Very professional!
