Ingraham's Lawn Care

Ingraham's always does a fantastic job. Two guys came out, diagnosed the issue with the irrigation line not working, and replaced a valve very quickly.

Excellent. Tech made adjustments to head to increase coverage and whatever needed to be done to help with several brown spots appearing in yard. I've used Ingraham's quite a few times and have always been very pleased with their response, timeliness and pricing.

System restarted and one head replaced. Billed proportional to work. No complaints.

Rick arrived on time. He took a look at the valve and said it was not code and told us he could replace it with a new back flow valve. He quoted the price of $250.00 installed. After he finished with the work, he told us and quot;it will be just a few more dollars because he had to do some fitting adjustmentsand quot;. He surprised us with a $358.00 charge. When he said just a few more dollars we didn't think it was going to be an extra $108.00 more. I feel this is extremely bad business practice and highly recommend not using this company ever.

Very unorganized--does not call back. Randy never seems to know what is going on. We cancelled.

We have been using Ingraham's for many years for our snow removal. They have been reliable and do an excellent job. 

Starting last year we have been using then for our sprinkler work. They have again done work that exceeded our expectations for both maintenance and repair. They found a couple of leaks that other people had not found. I am impressed with the speed they get things done.

Great experience from the get go. Was called to schedule an appointment within 24 hours of reaching out to them. Scheduled an appointment 2-3 days out. Service provider was on time, very polite and did great work. He even worked around us as we had a family gathering and dealt with our dog getting out in the yard a few times. Very positive experience. Will certainly use Ingraham's again and would highly recommend them.

The man who came out to do the job was very nice, said he had years of experience, and seemed to know what he was doing. He took his time and methodically went through our entire sprinkler system, testing each part. He replaced some worn and broken parts and adjusted others. As he was doing this, the different zones temporarily performed better, but it did not last, and the sprinklers continued to perform inconsistently. He spent about 3 hours trying to figure out the problem and get it fixed. He even called in a colleague to get another opinion. After discussing the situation, they did not agree on what was causing the problem. The colleague thought there was a constriction in the line, but the man working on our system disagreed and thought the water pressure problem was with Denver Water. He did replace some parts that needed replacing and adjusted the sprinklers in each zone, but $345 later (because of the time he spent), we still had the same problem with inconsistent water pressure, and the next day the sprinkler system performed no better than it had before this expensive visit. A couple of weeks later we called in another irrigation repair contractor (recommended by a neighbor) who diagnosed the problem (it was indeed a constriction in the line), and made the appropriate repairs. The system now works great and we no longer have any sudden drops in water pressure. Though I think the original repairman tried his best, this was overall a very frustrating and expensive experience.

I purchased the big deal coupon for this service and it was fine.  The deal was for sprinkler winterization.  The price was fair and I consider the price to make decisions like that.  They were just really professional.  They were very efficient and it worked just fine.

Ingrahams had a very knowledgeable team winterize 8 of my sprinkler zones.  In addition to the winterization, they proactively noticed a broken plastic flange on my main water supply.  This part was hard to find (20+yrs old) but they recommended a parts dealer in Denver for a replacement (which was the only store that had the part I needed). 

We had a stellar experience!  Extremely professional and educational.  It was the first time I wasn't up-sold some other service and the provider exceeded our needs.  They were able to come out within 2 days, showed up on time, had a reasonable price, fixed all our sprinkler needs for the expected cost (no additional charges), and the mega bonus...gave us a few parts we needed as part of the deal and even showed my husband how to make all the sprinkler head adjustments on his own!
I will definitely be calling them again to come winterize our sprinklers and use they for all our sprinkler needs in the future!

When they came out, I was not home and they went ahead and changed the sprinkler head and charged me $80. I wouldn’t use them again.

They arrived about 45 minutes late. For me that wasn't too bad, but it would have been nice to get a phone to update me on their arrival time.
The work was done quickly. Once the valves were replaced, they did a quick check of the system. One of the spray heads in the front yard was a geyser. They fixed that and were on their way. It was an easy and pleasant experience. Thanks!

Called several operators before finding Ingraham's. None of the previous could come out in less than a week. With 2 valves leaking and temps in the 90's, I couldn't let the lawn go too long without water so I was very happy to find someone who could react quickly. Randy said a guy would be out by 2 pm - it was about 10 am when I called - and Geraldo showed up at about 1 pm. How often does that happen? He worked for about 3 hours on a very difficult valve box that had valves dating back to the mid-80's. Got them all replaced and they were perfect.
I wanted to get the impact heads changed ASAP, so I called Randy on  Monday morning and left a note. He called back, knew what we were planning to do, and we set a date for install on Tuesday afternoon. JC showed up on time, replaced all the heads and tested the system and coverage in about 2 and 1/2 hrs. Great work, great response. Terrific! Hats off to these pros.

On a holiday weekend, Ingraham's responded immediately to our call. We were able to set up an appointment for a service call the following Tuesday. Additionally, the caller gave us a list of things to try first. If any had worked, we could call and cancel the appointment. That didn't happen, but we appreciated him offering the suggestions. 
Russell from Ingram's showed up at the appointed time and it was obvious he was more knowledgeable about sprinkler systems than the lawn care providers we have used in the past. As he worked, he expained everything he was doing to analyze what was wrong, how our system operated, and how he was repairing it. He also offered suggestions about what to do if we had future problems particular to our system.
Russell was professional, congenial and efficient. We will definately use Ingraham's again.

They were friendly and professional.  I just feel the price was a little high.

Two people did a fine job on replacing a number of sprinkler heads and checked every sprinkler (14) to insure that they 
were clear of any debris and erect.

Shows up like clockwork. right on time. Very professional. Saw what needed to be fixed and got it done quickly and thoroughly. I am pleased with the good service and reasonable price. I will use Ingraham's in the future. It is easy to write a review when everything goes well as this job did.

This is the second year I have used them for snow removal as I am frequently away from home.  Although we have had so little snow the past two winters, when it did snow my driveway and sidewalks were cleaned promptly and thoroughly.  I will continue using this company.
