In Touch Property Management

If I could rate them a Zero I would. Intouch manages a home across the street from me in Castle Rock. Last summer we had a devastating hail storm that destroyed almost every home on the block to the tune of hundreds of thousands of dollars. InTouch has refused to have any damage repairs done to the home, to include broken, windows, broken skylights, flooding damage that has caused black mold, sewer issues, roof destroyed and leaking, and even so bad that it broke the numbers for the address off. They are refusing to do any repairs and are ruining the value of the homes surrounding. They are refusing to answer phone calls from the renters and have even gone so far as to block their phone number. They finally responded by giving the tenant a 30 day notice to evict. It is now 10 months after the storm and the house literally needs to be gutted and rebuilt to all the damage caused from the storms. They are blaming the owners for not authorizing the repairs. The owners are my previous neighbors and know they would not appreciate their home being destroyed. I spoke with the Intouch employees today and their latest excuse is that the insurance company won't answer the phone or respond. Really? If I were the owners of this property I would sue their pants off. As a neighbor I am going to look into legal action.
