HORIZON PAINTING

They mostly dealt with my wife but they were very willing to work with our color choices and provided good customer service. They are painters and work on their own schedule.

We were extremely happy with Horizon Painting the other two times that they helped us.  We will report back to Angie's List after this repair.

Just wanted to review Horizon Painting one more time because of the exceptional repair and finished paint restoration that Harley Howard, his men, Matt, David, John and Gus just completed.  The hail storm so severely damaged our home that we were not sure it would ever be the same....the painters from Horizon who did the work were  so thorough and so caring....it was incredible.  We could not be happier.  Harley recommended a new product for the shingles, and he was so right.  It is more of a stain than a thicker paint, and looks solid and glassy and great.  The roofer we hired was terribly lax and disappointing, but Horizon fixed everything, and our unique cedar dome home is restored and looks like new .

I got an immediate phone call back and Harley came out the next day to give me an estimate. He gave me good advice about changing the colors so that the paint would last longer. After I signed the contract, communication dropped off and I had to make several phone calls to find out if they had received the contract and when they would schedule our painting. It took me three weeks to get a call back. Once the job was scheduled, it was handled quickly and efficiently. The whole process took 2 1/2 days from start to finish. I was very pleased with the results.

Bid was competitive to do just the trim painting. Horizon painting, however, included an upgraded paint (that will last 30 plus years), patched woodpecker holes in the stucco, included the soffits and downspouts, all for no extra charge! They only required 1/3 down, arrived with a crew of four when the said the would and finished the job in two days. They were extremely professional and courteous and called back to see if the job was okay and if there was any touch up (which they do for no charge) that needed to be done. I have used them previously (about 9 years ago) and had a similar experience. I have no hesitancy strongly recommending them.

THE PRICE WAS WELL BELOW THE MARKET AVERAGE. MR. HOWARD AND HIS CREW WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, ON TIME AND DID EXCELLENT WORK. THEY WERE MORE THAN WILLING TO MAKE ANY ADJUSTMENTS OR CORRECTIONS UPON OUR INSPECTION. THE PRICE QUOTED DID NOT VARY FROM THE WORK COMPLETED.
