I had the ability to drop off the 1st vehicle. They did the oil change within an hour or 2 & called me right away. Since they did the 1st one so fast, I ended up trading cars (brought my 2nd vehicle & picked up the 1st). They did the 2nd one also very quickly and were all done by early afternoon. Super convenient & fast! I was able to use a Groupon too so the cost was less. I've done several oil changes & small repairs there & been pleased each time.

Went great! I dropped my car off. Johnny called to let me know that my car needed synthetic oil instead of conventional according to manufacturer specs. I really appreciate that because I don't want to damage my car. They did a great job for a fantastic price!

I bought a groupon for a super saver pack for this place and found that it was not any cheaper than other competitors around the area. The super saver coupons were good for 3 oil changes. My last time I visited this place was for my 2nd oil change and an A/C inspection. The customer service representative was not polite and rude to me when I made an appointment and brought my car in. I had an oil change performed during this visit, and I was asked what grade of oil I would like. I asked what kinds of oil they have and they replied "the good kind." I asked what is the good kind? They said "synthetic or not." I am not an idiot and was frustrated when they did not answer which brand they use. I never found out the brand as I was too frustrated. They called me later and informed me that they had to put 1.5 pounds of A/C refridgerant in the van to fully recharge at $60/lb. I feel that the price was fair and reasonable for the services they provided, but the customer service was horrible so I did not even redeem my 3rd oil change coupon because I do not want to be treated poorly again. I will give my money to another auto service business who values customer service. I recommend you stay away from this place as it will give you bad vibes and ruin your day and the faith of your neighbors in Littleton. 

Apparently, when you sign for an oil change, you also agree to an inspection.  During this inspection, they accidentally broke some tubing.  Although they fixed the tubing, I was charged for the cost of the part and labor which was approximately 75 dollars extra.

They did a good job, the price was reasonable, and they completed the work in a timely fashion.

Everything went well.  I have no issues with the work.

They had really great service.  The price was fair, and the work was done quickly.

I GUESS THEY GAVE ME A GOOD DEAL ON LABOR. I KNOW THEY WORKED A LONG TIME AND DID NOT CHARGE ME FOR ALL THE TIME.
