Our house lost it roof in one of the recent hailstorms. Working with the owner, Tony, was probably the least amount of effort I've ever had to put into spending thousands of dollars. We communicated very well and accommodated our schedule without any issue. The process was pretty easy: here are the different roofing options, choose one. I got a call to say which day he'd be at the house. That was it. The permit, the HOA paperwork and the inspection were all done from there.
His price was fair and he even went above and beyond to add some newer elements to the roof to better handle snow and rain. While I'm certainly no roofing expert, the job was nicely done, everything was cleaned up and it passed inspection on the first go.
