Joel was very professional. The estimate was clear. They called the day before they were going to begin the job. They were prompt, courteous and professional. Roul and his crew were delightful. The quality of the paint job was excellent! The few very little things that did not meet my expectations are being addressed very quickly. I would definitely recommend HPP to anyone preparing to have their home re-painted. Thank you Joel, Sarah, Roul, and the crew! Good job!
Description of Work: They prepared the house to be painted by: power washing, scraping, caulking, filling the wood where there had been pet damage, taping everything off, etc. The second day they painted and finished up on the third day. They were neat and tidy.

I spoke to a representative on a Tuesday and we set up an appointment for the following week on Monday @ 8:30 am. They chose the day and time of appointment. I waited for 1.5 hrs and they never showed up or called me. I called them to see what had happened and they said that they should have been their and don't know what happened. Then they wanted to know if I wanted to set-up another appt. I declined since I had already taken a half day off for the 1st appt that they did make.
Description of Work: NO WORK PERFORMED.

One man came out & got the painting done in one day. He was quick & didn't get any paint on the indoor/outdoor carpet or on the deck furniture. We were very pleased.
Description of Work: We had the deck railing & stairs painted. Also a bit of repair on the railings.

PLEASED WITH THE WORK THAT WAS DONE. THE WORKERS WORKED QUIETLY AND WERE COURTEOUS AND REALLY TRIED TO NOT INCONVENIENCE US WHEN THEY DID THE WORK. THE ESTIMATOR WAS ON THE PHONE MAKING SURE WE HAD NO QUESTIONS OR PROBLEMS.
Description of Work: ESTIMATOR WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND DESCRIBED IN DETAIL THE WORK TO BE COMPLETED. LISTENED TO WHAT WE WANTED TO HAVE DONE. CAME IN AND DID THE WORK IN A TIMELY MANNER.
