HOME DEPOT

We bought cabinets and a counter top from Home depot for two bathrooms. We had the cabinets installed separately, and hired Home depot to install the counter tops. The building materials were fine. The cabinet install went well too since we used our own installers. The problem was with the installation of the counter tops. Home depot had a subcontractor (counter top company) do the install. They were in a big hurry, and the first time around they installed the counters incorrectly. They were not level. We ended up getting them back out to the house about five times to fix the job. In the end it is still not quite right, but we got tired of fighting with them. Home Depot had some bad installers. The problem is that since home depot already had our money, we had no leverage with the subcontractor. I recommend that you do not use home depot for installs, or if you do, you do not pay for everything up front.

The rental of this equipment was easy and affordable. The employees explained and demonstrated the use of the tools and were friendly through the process. When one tool didn't work well for use - they exchanged it and gave us a discount. Pick-up and drop-off was as easy as you could get as the rental department has a separate entry from the main part of the store with curb-side access.

My husband and I went with Home Depot because they offered an affordable and quality product. They were helpful and made the purchasing and pick-up process easy. They offered all we needed for self installation, plus good advice, all at one location. What flooring we didn't use we brought back without hitch. We were able to purchase this product on a 12 month interest free plan which sealed the deal for us.

The experience was very good, with the exception of some issues with the measurement. Unfortunately, they were not on time, very late and not as concerned about our time window.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH HOME DEPOT ELECTRICAL WAS FANTASTIC. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO USE THERE BUSINESS IF THEY NEEDED ELECTRICAL WORK DONE.

WE ALWAYS USE HOME DEPOT WE LOVE THE PLACE. THE EMPLOYEES ARE ALWAYS SO HELPFUL. WE ALSO LIKE THAT THERE ARE SO MANY LOCATIONS. AND THEY ALWAYS HAVE WHAT YOU NEED.

THE EMPLOYEES WERE ALL VERY HELPFUL AND KIND. THEY SEEMED AS THOUGH THEY REALLY CARED ABOUT WHAT WE WERE DOING AND THAT WE WERE PURCHASING EVERYTHING WE WOULD NEED.

WHEN WE WENT TO HOME DEPOT THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THEY DIRECTED US TO THE INSULATION AREA, AND HELPED US PICK OUT THE PRODUCT THAT WOULD WORK BEST FOR OUR NEEDS.
