Rather pushy - wanted us to sign that day..

Pretty well.  I checked out my options online, first.  Then, I called and spoke to someone at the store in the dept.  He said that they did not have them in stock in the store, but answered my questions as best he could.  He thought that if I came in to the store to order in person, I would be able to use the coupon that I had.  So, I went in.  The line at the service desk was literally out the door.  The associates at the service desk were doing a great job under demanding circumstances where customers were letting children run loose behind the service counter and where the reason for a return was as stupid as "I bought these perennial plants because I thought that meant evergreen, but after planting them and seeing that they did not remain green over the winter, I dug them up and am returning them."  It did seem that the store could have provided the workers there more help, scanning equipment that actually worked and office supplies like staples and paper to enable them to do their job. 
Well, Marquis battled it out with the ordering system, and even after calling some central number, was not able to get the coupon to work, but was able to get it to order a unit, set a delivery date as well as a pick up of the old unit.  It probably took about 45 minutes.  He then explained to me how to call the 800 number and that they would credit back the amount for the coupon, but I would have to call in.  This was correct and I did receive a refund for the coupon amount, but it was a bit of a hassle.  The unit which I ordered based on the dept employee's guidance, fit and works great.
This was only the most recent purchase.  Over the last year, after a house remodel that included two bathroom renovations, a new garage door, new lighting, door knobs and hardware, painting, kitchen appliances, wiring, plumbing, tool rental, and so much more, I can say that I am always impressed by the upbeat and customer service orientation of the employees.

They did a great job. They had an unbelievable designer that really worked well with us and got everything going. The designer was terrific.

They were fine. They did a pretty good job. They were very thorough in the planning. It's extraordinarily frustrating to plan all of these projects. They stayed with it all the way through the fine details that I didn't think we would have to deal with. Their people were very thorough. Things changed over the course of the project, but there were no complications.

We had a good experience with them. Their quote was much lower than the other bids we had. It was almost half that amount. I would recommend them to others.

They did pretty well. It was a major remodel. It was complicated. Their subs were pretty good. We got it done finally and we got all of the right stuff the first time, which was a wonder. It is very nice. They did it the way that we wanted it.

Home Depot advertises that they follow up to see if everything was done to your satisfaction. I was never contacted at all and subcontractors actually installed the units for me. I did have a problem, and still do with the humidifier but obviously they don't know because they haven't called to see how things went.

Overall experience was good. We had shopped around quite a bit for the exact pattern we wanted and finally found it in the flooring section of home depot. We were helped by a very nice clerk who explained the product and how to install it.

Unresponsive contractor, took too long to do the job, showed up late, had inexperienced help, didn't know what they were doing, but supervisor did all the work.

THE WORKERS WERE EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND KIND. THEY ANSWERED ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS AND MORE. THEY ARRIVED ON TIME AND WERE VERY EFFICIENT. THE SEAMS IN THE VARIOUS SLABS WERE WELL MATCHED UP AND YOU CAN BARELY EVEN SEE WHERE ONE SLAB ENDS AND ANOTHER ONE STARTS.

HOME DEPOT DID A GREAT JOB WITH HELPING OUR FAMILY THROUGH A DIFFICULT TIME. THEY CAME RIGHT OVER AND LOOKED OVER ALL THE APPLIANCES AND FIX WHAT COULD BE FIXED, AND HELPED UP PICK OUT NEW APPLIANCES WHEN NEEDED.

HOME DEPOT HAD THE PRODUCT AT THE BEST PRICE AND WAS EASY TO RETURN THE LEFT OVER PORTION. THE HELP THERE IS HARD TO FIND. I HAD TO WAIT LONG TO GET SOMEONE WHO COULD ANSWER MY QUESTIONS.
