I could not be more pleased!

Garage door installer was right on time and took about 2 hours, very reasonable in my opinion.  The installer removed all debris including the old door.  Wasn't happy that I had to replace the door but their prices and quality of service made it palatable.  If you want a new garage door with installation I recommend giving Home Depot a look.

The salesperson came out and measured all the windows and then he sat down with us to discuss the specials they were having, the windows they offered, and the extras and the warranty they offer. We chose them because they are a major company and they’ve been in business for a long time.  They offer a lifetime warranty; that’s also why we went with them.  He showed up fifteen minutes early.  The crew was fabulous, the salesperson was excellent, and the product was as good as or better than the other products that we got estimates on.  When they came out to put the windows in, they were just super-fast and super-professional.

They have a large selection and they usually have what I need. Their prices are usually reasonable.

I decided to use Home Depot because you can rent the truck by the hour. It's pretty inexpensive and it's a nice flatbed truck.

They installed the carpeting on top of the cement in my b asement. They provided the best estimate, so I hired them. They sent out a couple of young guys to do the work. I was worried they may not have the experience as they were so young, but they a great job. They worked for two days and they were some of the hardest working guys I have ever seen. When they were finished, I called their boss to advise him how outstanding they were. They really did a fine job and I was very happy.

It was a nightmare. I was fully prepared for the stress and inconvenience of the remodel but not for the utter lack of responsiveness of HD to my requests for information, dates, or essentially anything that would constitute customer service. None of the HD employees returned any of my phone calls, although they got very angry at me if I did not return their calls promptly. The contracting company, after a bad start, did a good job coordinating the work, but again, did not return phone calls. I was without countertops/plumbing in the kitchen for a full month, and part of the countertop order went in incorrectly. If I had known then what this project would cost me in terms of aggravation, frustration, and anger, not to mention antacid tablets, I would have gone elsewhere. I might have paid more, but I would have stayed sane and spent less on antacids. In happier vein, the electrical work, done by a company who was not their usual contractor, went smoothly and was done well.

The experience was good overall. They cut the counter top too small but they did order another one. It was annoying to wait, but it turned out ok. The cabinets were good and the installer was great.

WORK WAS COMPLETED IN A SATISFACTORY MANNER; ON TIME FOR WORK AND GOOD COMMUNICATION. WINDOWS LOOK GOOD; INSTALLER WAS KNOWLEADGEABLE AND QUICK ABOUT HIS WORK.

AFTER THREE TRIPS TO THE STORE AND THE MANAGERS HELP, THE BLIND WAS FINALLY CUT TO THE CORRECT SIZE. THE PERSON HELPING ME EXPLAINED HOW TO INSTALL THE BLIND INCORRECTLY. IT WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
