High Elevation was prompt, texted me that they were on the way. Arrived in masks and booties, which I appreciated. They listened to my concerns and gave me an estimate before the work was started. The work was done quickly. They were courteous and efficient. I will definitely call them for future needs.

Dave did a fantastic job. He was punctual, professional and he gave me several reasonable options for fixing the problem. Great customer service. Would recommend highly.

I contacted High Elevation via Angies List and they were able to schedule and were flexible with my availability. He arrived exactly on time and was able to give me some estimates for a number of issues I have been having in my house. I had him fix one faucet, the main issue, and he was able to accomplish this after only about 20 minutes. A week later the leak returned and I contacted High Elevation again. They came out that same day and we determined that the leak was caused by existing debris in the pipes, they did not charge me for the second visit. The plumber and scheduler were both friendly and professional. They were responsive, on time, and did quality work. I would recommend them without hesitation.

They had to break up some of my floor (concrete) to get to the damage section. They were fast, clean, respectful of the needs of the house. They replace the piping, fixed my floor. and all was done in just a couple of hours.

Had a water leak that Keith was able to come fix right away. From the moment I called, Dave was responsive and sent Keith out immediately. They were both a pleasure to work with and I will recommend to anyone that has plumbing needs.

I had a really good experience. When I called, automatically that was a good experience. They were really kind and did everything they could to make it work. They were willing to help me and work around my time. When David got to my place, I really did appreciate him taking the time to do the right things for my house, like taking off his shoes and things like that to respect my home. His personality, as well as Emily's, were amazing right from the get go. He was kind, respectful and funny.
