I was contacted by one of the partners Jerome, who apologized for the poor service and reimbursed me for plants I had to purchase. He also replaced three dead plants with new ones. I would do business with GE again but only through Jerome.

They were excellent. They did a lot. We have used them before. I would use them again.

It went extremely well.  The work was first class and stayed within the budget we had agreed upon.

I am very happy with the work done by Guaranteed Excellence. The work we needed done was not particularly fancy, but necessary for the health of our foundation. The previous owner had allowed the sloped soil to erode away from the foundation which is bad juju here in Denver. I contacted GE for a bid to restore the grade and put in river rock on top of it.  Richard came out very quickly after returning my call and provided my with the best bid of a number of landscapers I found on Angie's List. Most likely through sheer good luck, once they set up their work schedule, they were able to come out almost immediately and do the work. The crew worked fast, did a good job, and cleaned up nicely after the job was finished. I can recommend GE without any reservations.

I initially only wanted a quote to have the old steel edging around my yard replaced with newer, safer roll top edging.  While the estimator was here, I requested a quote to have my landscaping redone and parts of my front yard resodded.  In a couple of days I received a plan and quote.  I was also given a magazine detailing each of the proposed plants and bushes and was able to make adjustments.Up to the day the work was scheduled I was still making changes to the design and bushes/plants I wanted.  Everyone was very accommodating and wanted to make sure the final product was what I wanted.All of the work was accomplished in one long day and the final result was exactly what I was looking to achieve.  One month later, all the plants are doing very well, the sod is lush and green and my neighbors are looking to have Guaranteed Excellence do work in their yards.

We've used Guaranteed Excellence for all of our landscaping needs.

We started with some basic tree trimming (getting rid of dead branches and thinning out branches) on two of our front yard trees.  We liked that they were serious about their work and worked hard while they were at our house.  Once we were convinced that we liked them, we started using them for more things.

Last year we had them install a vegetable garden.  It was two days of hard work for their guys, but it came out looking spectacular.  They also removed a bunch of old bushes and planted fruit trees.This year they removed more old bushes and planted more new bushes and flowers around our house.

There is a lot more to do with our landscaping since we just bought this house a year ago and landscaping hadn't been touched in 20 years, but these guys have been really great to do the work.

Suggest giving them a call and starting small to see if you like them, but pretty sure you'll like their work ethic, professionalism and the way everything looks.

We asked Guaranteed Excellence to provide an estimate for a lot of work around our house that included removing shrubs, bushes and trees, as well as planting new trees and bushes. We asked them to provide tree trimming services first in order to evaluate their work as well as that was the thing that was needed first. They did a great job and showed a great work ethic (worked almost all day long and took few breaks). Every one of the guys was very polite. We will definitely be using them for the remainder of the work we need to do over the next 2 or 3 years.

We have used them for multiple jobs over the last 5-10 yearsand have never been disappointed in their work or timelyness of completion of the job. Always professional. Always make sure you are satisified with everything. I am hiring them again and they will complete the job sometime in the next few weeks.

Although I don't remember the price they gave us as an estimate off hand, we were a little shocked and somewhat upset that after the discussion we had and the estimate that was given, they never returned our future calls to set something up for them to do the job. This we considered very unprofessional and unresponsive. We will not be using their services again.
