I contacted Grassthetics using their website. I received a response the same day and we setup a time. He gave me instructions for payment and what service to expect. Grassthetics arrived the day we schedule and the work was performed. They removed all my sprinkler flags for me and set them near my garage. I have contacted other companies using their online forms or through their website with no response. Grassthetics responded using the tools they setup for their customers and I really appreciated that! They did a great job and there weren't any plugs anywhere other than in the grass areas. Fantastic service. Thank you!

I got a low price because they did not get back to me right away like they wanted too, but I was out of town. I was on business in Alaska and because they could not reach me, they gave me a discount. They offered it to me in e-mail. They caught me up when I was back in Anchorage and I had phone service. They got in-touch with me. They were wonderful. I have them do all my yard work this year. They do lawn mowing, lawn fertilization, and everything.
