Great. Showed up to give an estimate as promised, was able to schedule work that weekend, arrived at 9 AM as promised and worked until 6:30 with one short lunch break, and was back promptly the next morning as well. Courteous, cleaned up after himself, gave good information about future care of floor and grout, offered suggestions to improve overall functioning of floor. Also willing to adjust price by offering us the choice of doing some of the work ourselves (sealant, vinyl molding) - just responsive to fact we were looking to save some money if possible.
