FRESH START CHEM-DRY

The experience I had with Fresh Start Chem Dry was very good. I purchases the service through a deal with Angies's List for a whole house carpet cleaning. I called Fresh Start Chen Dry a few times and left  a message. They did get back to me and were very helpful. Joe and Cali came to my home at the agreed time and day. They both were friendly and easy to work with. They did a very thorough job cleaning the carpeting. I didn't have to wait too long for the carpeting to dry and it looked great! I wouldn't hesitate to use their service again.

The team showed up exactly on time and first walked through with me, discussing the job and the plan. They explained all of my additional costs clearly and completely before starting to work. Their van was well equipped with all the supplies they needed. They got started right away and worked hard for over 2 hours. They continued to professionally and politely answer my questions as they worked. I was completely shocked when I examined their completed work-it was amazing! Dog urine stains and odors, oil stains, and make up stains disappeared. They pointed out a few small stains that were not able to be lifted-but they had warned me about that ahead of time. The carpets look amazing, smell great without being overwhelming, and dried as promised in just a few hours. They gave me clear instructions about how to care for the carpets before leaving. They cleaned up well and showed me what they had removed from my carpets. I will use this company/franchise from here on out and will recommend them to my friends. It's great to find such a good company.

I was very pleased with my service. They were punctual, showing up in the time frame that said they would, and calling to give me about a 30minutes heads up that they were on the way.
They were very patient with me while I finished up a phone conversation, inspected what needed to be done, went over pricing, and then did the work. The explained what they had done afterwards and then showed me all dirt they took up (though I probably didn't need to see that ! :)) The carpets dried very quickly. I had the basement stairs done alone the the entire basement and it was dry within 3 hours.

Work was performed by Jeff and Joe who did an exceptional job. They arrived within the time frame that we were told. They were very thorough.  All of the areas cleaned up beautifully.  No smell from pet urine as we have had in the past from other companies. Our carpet looks like new again and we've had it for 7+ years. We will definitely use them again.

Everything turned out great with this company. The crew was very professional and helpful. Cary was great with following up with home depot. After they were finished the carpets were very clean. They actually did a better job than I thought they would. I would use this company again.

I was VERY impressed with everything related to this. First, the information provided over the phone, second the promptness and courtesy shown by the cleaning professionals, they did a great job, my carpets are really clean and the shorter drying period was wonderful. I had good conversations both on the phone and with the cleaning professionals about the protectorate and I am PLEASED!

Originally they cleaned carpets in living room and dining room, plus two sets of stairs. Carpet looked good when they left, although they forgot a small area. I called, they returned next morning and did this area. After 2 days and the nap "settling" the dining room and basement steps looked as if they had never been cleaned! I called and they came back several days later and re-cleaned the dining room and stairs. Their excuse was "there must have been dirt in the pad which seeped up after we left". This excuse made absolutely no sense to me. Although this re-cleaning helped a lot, the carpets are still dingy in the dining room (which, by the way, is NOT a high-traffic area in our home). This has never happened with any other carpet cleaning service. I am quite disappointed, especially since this company got good ratings from other users. As an added, rather bizarre note, several hours after their last visit, I discovered that someone had vomited in two places on my driveway. Although I have no proof, it seems like a rather odd coincidence.

They did a great job. I would use them again in the future for sure. They were quick with the cleaning and they didn't leave any blotchy spots on the carpet.

They did a good job. The price was a little bit more than what they quoted because they did an extra carpet. The man that came was polite and professional.

I had previously used traditional methods for carpet cleaning and wanted to try Chem-Dry because of the faster drying time. They explained that they used only 1/3 of the water that traditional methods use. The tech arrived on time and briefly explained the process and then moved the remaining heavy pieces of furniture before cleaning the carpet. He was at my house a little less than an hour and a half. The carpet was pretty dry after 4 hours, which was a pleasant change from the 2-3 days I'd experienced with traditional methods. All spots were gone, the nap was lifted, and the carpet looked great again.

The workers communicated well even before the job by calling me the day before for confirmation, then 30 minutes before they were scheduled to arrive. They were flexible about the arrival time, and then arrived at the time they promised. They worked efficiently and did a great job of getting my carpets clean. I'd definitely hire them again.

Well, I waited a few days before submitting this report. Am happy to say, my carpet looks wonderful, and is keeping the "new nap" appearance. The gentleman who did the work was professional and personable. The odor was very pleasant, a great surprise. Dry in an hour, which was very helpful as well. Fantastic experience.

I called after business hours to schedule an appointment. Chem Dry called me back early the next morning. Chris, the representative, was very punctual (much appreciated). He surveyed the area and confirmed that we only needed the regular solution and not their hot carbonated treatment (which is nice but very expensive). He asked if we would like stain guard on the carpet as well and was up front about the price. He indicated that it would make using their spot cleaner much easier. Chris cleaned the entire house in 2 and a half hours, much quicker than we had anticipated (again, much appreciated.) He also corrected the number of stairs on the work order (to our benefit). He was pleasant, professional and did a nice job on the carpets. We like Chem Dry because it is hypo allergenic, dries quickly and is safe for pets and children (all products are all natural.)

The representative from the company was very polite and honest with the pricing and options available. He did not try to sell me the most expensive. I had a coupon for 15% off the entire job, which helped with the final bill. Since I have used them before, it is easy to call and make an appointment. I pointed out some obvious stains, which he was able to get out for the most part. Chem Dry is a little more expensive than other carpet cleaning companies, but it dries much faster, is safe for pets and children as well as allergies.

They did an excellent job & were very clean.

A YOUNG MAN CAME AND DID A TERRIFIC JOB, AND GOT OUT MOST OF THE STAINS AND TOLD US HOW TO KEEP OUR CARPET CLEAN AND MAINTAIN IT TO KEEP THE LIFE OF THE CARPETING.
