My name is Chuck Forman and I am a certified home & commercial property inspector serving the Denver Metro Area. This also includes areas spanning from Boulder down to Colorado Springs. I have a business manager to assist me, but you can be assured that we will not use a sub-contractor unless we have your permission to do so. Your satisfaction is my first consideration. Construction is my life. I have been building things since I was a young boy. Built my first house, with my father when I was in my early teens. Since then, I have been building, remodeling and designing homes. I am meticulous about everything that I do. I strive to make all of my customers comfortable throughout the entire process and encourage them to participate and ask questions. This is after all, one of the biggest investments you will make. Our fee structure is based on the size of your home. We offer competitive rates and would be happy to provide you with a free estimate over the phone. Also, for your convenience, we offer online payments. We offer online inspection reports for your convenience and will spend extra time with you to make sure all of your questions are answered fully.

I received the inspection report the same day (no waiting). It was 54pages in length and blew away about everyone I showed it to. The amount of detail, with easy to see photographs showing results, made our decision about the house easy.
