carpet cleaners
 + -1 moreI first met Brian in 1986; my ex-wife had already been using his company for years for her Aurora townhome. I then had him clean our Golden home's carpets for the next 10 years, have had him clean the carpets in three rental properties between renters, and he has been cleaning my home on Lookout Mtn for the past 10 years. His truck goes anywhere in the metro area I needed him to work, and he usually makes an appointment within a few days of my call.
Description of Work: Foresight South is a small, family owned carpet cleaning company I've used for over 20 years. The owner, Brian Langan, sometimes has help from a family member, but usually works alone. He has an unassuming white panel truck with well-maintained equipment and no ads that I know of- he just gets his work by many years of word-of-mouth. He cleans carpets, charges a reasonable price per square yard, and cleans them thoroughly, including any stubborn stains. Unlike many larger Yellow Pages outfits I had used in the distant past, he doesn't do bait-n-switch with fancy coupons and come-ons, then charge for "extras". So he is probably not the cheapest carpet cleaner around, but a great value and thorough.
