Love the carpet which they helped us select. Hall was great with finding the best wearing, most appropriate and best priced product. I would say I had issues with the independent installer. He or his assistant were not as careful as they should have been with our furniture and belongings. The assistant was a flake and didn't show up the second day. Mild imperfections with installation. We did have to get bids from other installers to get a best price from this company.
