Excellent from start to finish!! Five Star stained our weathered barn exterior. It is absolutely beautiful now. We could not be happier with their wonderful customer service. Quality customer care was evident in each of the employees we met.

The whole experience was top notch. The estimator went over every inch of the outside of my home, showed me a few things that needed fixing before painting, and then gave me a detailed estimated cost. The painters showed up right on time and did a beautiful job. I am pretty sure my home didn't look this good when it was new. After the job was done, the project manager came by and we went over every inch of the house again. Everything was perfect. Highly recommend!!

Five Star Painting did an excellent job painting our house. The painters were polite, very professional and they cleaned up around the house every day when they were done working. I was very impressed with Five Star Painting management team, specifically Will and Sara. They were quick to respond to any issues and were always there to answer my questions. This was the worst experience I've ever had with a contractor. • Promised daily for 12 days that crew would start. • Poor communication between management & crew. Each blamed the other. • Home owner was expected to supervise crew. • Calls to owner did not improve performance of the crew. • Painters unreliable & work inconsistent with contract. • Painters arrive late, do minimal work, and leave early. • Painters did not have a ladder (use home owner's ladder every day). • Painters supposed to smooth out cracks created by carpenter hired by 5 Star but never did. • Caulking and house tightening not done to owner's satisfaction. • Windows streaked with paint, paint drops on deck, nails & garbage left at job site. • All levels of management ineffective in managing the crew.

Good work done,but was unable to show up on schedule

The whole process was great. I had to revise my contract multiple times because of what insurance allowed, and they did a great job with this. Painters did an excellent job. Everyone had excellent customer service, except for the project manager. Out of 10 times I called her, she answered her phone 3 times. However, she did return my phone call the next day. This company did everything possible to ensure that I was happy with their service.

Five Star Painting did an awesome job. Mark was very helpful in getting the exact colors I liked. The quality was exactly what I was looking for. I had several bids, but none as good as Five Star. Mark was very personable and I liked his professionalism through the entire job. Great crew, Great work!

5 Star is a full service provider. They anticipated weather needs, took care of everything. I was very pleased with their service from start to finish.
