We hired Diego to install James Hardie siding. The project was scheduled to be completed in 8 days. Diego ripped the siding off my house leaving it exposed to the elements, thus ruining my kitchen and patio ceiling due to water penetration. He asked for more money to get materials, and then said he was waiting on the permit from Lakewood. That's when I realized he isn't a registered contractor in Lakewood. I had to get a homeowners permit myself. I put up with his lies and deceit for 4.5 months, before I told him to take his tools and get off my property. We agreed he would give me money back for not completing the work. He keeps saying he is sending the money, but it never comes. Felix Renovations is a scam, and cost me lots of money.

Felix did a smaller job such as junk removal well, then I hired him for a larger project and he never came back to finish the project. He was dishonest and took my money.
