I am unhappy with the house cleaning service from Faith Cleaning. The owner, Emma S, charged 5 hours of cleaning service for a 4 BR 3.5 BA (2000 sf) house. Note that the house was vacant and the entire house was freshly painted from ceiling to the baseboard. So, no cleaning nor dusting needed in the walls, ceilings, windows nor baseboard. The carpet was even shampooed and cleaned with a professional machine. It is basically vacuuming 2000sf house + cleaning kitchen + 3.5 bathrooms. The basement bathroom was not even being used. In fact, Faith Cleaning had cleaned this house before, that was even before repainting, it took them only 3 hours. I can even accept 4 hours due to different cleaning crew or maybe the appliance was dirty. So, it is hard to believe it took 5 hours to clean this house. It is either the cleaning crew was extremely slow in cleaning, or overcharging customers the number of hours of cleaning.

First of all the service women were late. This home was a move out situation. It was very dirty. They proceeded to go in different directions but did not know where to start. I suggested they begin upstairs and work their way down. They decided to spray down the kitchen and floor to soak in while upstairs. I supplied gloves and trash bag. I had to run to the store and get new door locks. There were issues with the home as I moved the tenant out. I returned to find not a lot of cleaning was done. The women did not speak English therefore we had communication problems. They were continually on their phones. Four hours into the job, two bedrooms and one bath were done. No windows but vacuumed. The kitchen remained as it was left. I had basement plumbing issues so we rescheduled 4 days later. Day of work one woman called in sick so one woman worked. She was late showing up. She was not on the phone constantly and worked very hard. Her vacuum quit working so I said that I would bring one to finish the job. She left. Upon reviewing the cleaning I found the upstairs bathroom toilet seat still covered with a cleaning agent. I feel that the charge the company billed was not correct. The first days work was insufficient for the billed amount. I am fine with the bill for the second job day. I was on the job and reported to the owner the problems I had with the phone texting and calling. I would not recommend this company. The charge for their lack of work is extremely expensive. I have hired and used cleaning companies for the last 30 years. This time I thought I would ask for a referral from SMDRA. Good Luck~

The team checked in to make sure they met expectations. They did an excellent job . I will definitely use them again.

Did a poor job that I had to go back over most of and then they charged me a 2nd full time accidentally that I had to contact them to get reversed.

Would not hire them anymore. Failed to clean out a 925 sq ft vacant home and were inside for 4 hours. Do not waste your time. They cannot even handle sweeping the kitchen pantry out. $175 down the drain.

I hired Faith Cleaning service twice to clean my house. The first time was great, however I did have to reschedule with them because they were going to show up almost three hours late and no one contacted to tell me so, I had to reach out to them to see where they were. Once they arrived to the house the next day they did a great job, but I have to wonder if they went out of their way to make it great because I was working from home that day. I saw this only because the second time was a disaster. The second time they cleaned it was if they rushed through the job; they left footprints on the hardwood floors, there was still dirt on the floor from where I had just moved a plant, then I found crumbs and whole pieces of food still left around the kitchen floors, and lastly they did not clean the basement where there is another bedroom and bathroom. When booking for the second time, I asked my contact with the company if she needed to know anything about the house and she responded no. After finding a sub-par job, I reached out to my contact, sent photos of her crew s lack-luster work and barely heard back from her. Originally she was sorry and helpful, but as soon as I sent photos to her of the house, she went radio silent. She did, however, have no problem cashing my check for her crew s sub-par work.

Not dependable. No shows common and communication almost nonexistent.

The team checked with me more than once to be sure they were doing all that I asked. They were soft spoken and seemed to truly care about the work they were doing. (Surprise!) They inquired about doing more detailed work in areas when the fee was fixed. No advantage to them to do more, but wanted to please. Were willing to use my products, which is important to me.

They were willing to follow my written expectations and even went above and beyond my expectations - the only concern was being able to communicate with them as neither spoke English very well but could read my information.

The cleaners were very nice but had to be called back twice to clean some obvious oversights. I had promised my tenants a clean home and the cleaners put me in a bad situation with them. Emma sent me an invoice and when I complained about the poor cleaning, Emma threatened to send my invoice to collections! The very SAME day I received the invoice!! Very unprofessional. One of the worst businesses I've dealt with.

Hired them to clean my house for Airbnb guests. I am glad I checked on the house prior to my guests arriving because it was like nobody had even cleaned it. I paid $130 and ended up having to clean my house myself. When I spoke to the owner she told me she would give me a partial refund that I am still waiting on (my cleaning was on June 2nd). pretty sure it is never coming. So unless you like giving away money, don't use this service!

I hired Emma’s crew to clean my home before we moved in. The house was dirty and full of construction dust. Emma’s crew was very professional: the came on time and finished within the time frame Emma and I discussed. They did an excellent job!

The ladies showed up late due to a previous client but were very considerate and worked extremely hard. They did a great job!

If I could give less than a star I would. They spent over an hour cleaning a self-cleaning oven, they didn't clean any of the other appliances, inside or out, they didn't mop the floors, they didn't clean soap dishes in the shower or bath, etc. They estimated two hours with two people and then tried to charge me for fours hours and it was a completely empty house! I had to go behind and re-clean for the new owners. When I tried to address this with Emma, she was extremely rude. DO NOT use these people. It is a total rip-off!!
