Jack is a great salesman, too bad his work is TERRIBLE. Wish I would have seen reviews before hiring him. Dust under the finish, filler popped out within weeks. He is full of promises and fuller of excuses... STAY AWAY

He didn't replace all of the wood, and the materials he put in weren't right.  He used particle board instead of plywood.  I even asked him to replace the whole floor, which he didn't do.  He didn't stain or sand the floor properly.  There are areas that still aren't right.  He got stain on the trim and the outside of the house.  He used acid to tape down the floor, and part of it melted.  There was a hole in my step where I had tried to put in railing.  He said he could patch it, but all he did was put in wood filler.  I told him I could have done that myself.  Our vents were raised above the floor, and he put in a wood vent that doesn't match and I don't think he put the vent in properly.  I ended up having to fix it myself, but it still doesn't look right.  Also, he stained the carpet, and he clipped it without telling me.
