Overall, the repair was ultimately completed and Eddie Eddie was responsive and prompt making the repairs. Price originally agreed to was adhered to. However, it was a tedious multiple trip to finish. The first two round trips were to take the power head to be repaired and pick up the repaired head. When we tried to use the repaired head, we noticed that the level adjustment for thickness of carpet pile was missing! Trip 3 to get that reinstalled. Tried to use again and the reset button and indicator for level were mis-aligned. Trip 4 to get that fixed. Then, the level adjustment would not stay in place. Trip 5 to get that fixed. I'm certain that Eddie Eddie was tired of seeing me show up to get the same part fixed. Probably not as disappointed as I was having to make so many round trips as I was.
