They are very responsive and take care of what is requested immediately. I love this company and use their lawn mowing company that they suggested throughout the year. My neighbor turned me on to this company as she uses their services as well. You can't go wrong with Erbert Lawns in combination with Mow Time for all of your landscape needs.

Great! Services were performed on schedule, signs posted alerting neighborhood children to stay off the lawn, and a follow-up treatment was done at no cost when a couple of thistles appeared in the treated area. Great experience!

Well, the problem that we kind of had and they took care of it. Initially, we made the appointment, and we told them how large the yard was, but I guess it didn't transfer to them. So, when they came out, they weren't able to do the whole yard, the front, and the back. So, they gave us an extra treatment for the front. So, it worked out. We wanted the back and the front done, and they said it would cost a fortune to do our backyard because it was so big. So, I guess the initial setup they did not understand the square footage. That was a little bit disappointing. They ended up giving some extra service on the front lawn just because they weren't able to do the whole thing. They should just make sure they understand they know exactly what they're doing. I would use them again because they did try to correct what happened.The only reason they didn't get an A from me because even though they did that which is great, we weren't able to get the full front and back done even though they did help us out. They need to know exactly what the square footage that you're doing.

Edging was sloppy. Decorative rocks left scattered and dislodged along side of stepping stones on north side of house. Stepping stones were dislodged from having the mower drug on top of them, and not replaced. Undecided if I will use them next season.
