Overall, poor. Electrical/owner left often to bid other jobs. He, Alan, did not complete all work as written on bid. He canceled inspection without telling me and delayed other contractors scheduled to work after his work was complete. Electrical panel circuits were labeled incorrectly. He will not return phone calls. I had to call in another electrician to complete work.
