Dennis was recommended by a friend and was wonderful to work with. Sold my home in less than two weeks and worked with me to find just the right town house, which wasn't easy. I hope to remain here for many years so had a long wish list, and we found it all!In April I met with Dennis and told him I just wanted to begin looking to see what the possibilities were but wasn't ready to move for at least a year. In May decided to move ahead; no real reason to wait and the market was good. Sold June 1st and closed July 1st. Each time I changed my mind he stepped in and guided me seamlessly in the new direction.He set me up with a website that notified me of any new listings in my geographical area and with the basics I wanted. I'd review descriptions and pictures and he set appointments to view any that I wanted to see. At first I looked at several just to get a sense of the different town home developments in my area. Later, became more selective. So many were close but not quite right and Dennis just kept showing me anything I wanted to see; no rush, no pressure. He was great to process with verbally, bouncing my impressions off him and asking his professional advice. (He's been a realtor for many years, working neighborhoods all over the Denver metro area and into the foothills. Very knowledgeable.)Town homes were selling within 24 hours so we had to stay on top of the market and move quickly if there was a likely prospect. Missed out on one but wasn't too disappointed since it didn't have the patio and trees I wanted. Still, didn't think I could really get it all so had decided to compromise. Then my new home showed up on the website.They weren't doing showings right away but Dennis arranged for me to be the first to see it. Made a strategic offer that evening. I didn't want to get into a bidding war, which was happening at this time, so Dennis crafted the offer to be as attractive as possible and they accepted it. I love my new home!Dennis has followed up a couple of times since I moved in nearly a month ago to confirm that I'm happy with my purchase. I hope to stay put for many years but when it's time to move again I'll be contacting Dennis.
