Management demanded payment prior to service. The chimney cleaning was found to be poorly done and incomplete by required follow-up professional service. EcoClean also claimed that a crack in the firebox would require repair of over $1000.00 but the follow-up professional found and showed me in person that there is no such crack.  The EcoClean representative also left a window open in my home in December, which could have caused freezing of the pipes! When I called management to complain about all of the above, the manager denied any of it was true.  I found excellent, genuine service elsewhere and recommend this to your clients too!

When scheduling the chimney cleaning service, EcoClean demanded payment prior to even scheduling the appointment.  The representative did not show up on the day scheduled, and claimed that I had not returned confirmation of appointment phone call, so they skipped my scheduled time.  When service was provided, EcoClean did not completely clean the ash from an area in the chimney as found by the professional service I had to hire for a second opinion.  EcoClean representative claimed that the firebox had a dangerous crack requiring repair that would cost over $1000.00.  I paid for a second opinion by another professional chimney sweep company.  The follow-up company showed me in person that there was definitely no crack in the firebox, and showed me a bucket of the ash left by representative of EcoClean.

They do a good job, and they’re always very courteous. I really like how open they are to feedback and suggestions.
