"The customer had purchased and replaced the dimmer switch prior to calling us. After the switch was installed, lighting associated with the switch did not work. We did not replace the switch because it just needed to be wired correctly and the invoice clearly stated "Reworked Switch". I thought I had communicated this clearly to the customer and offered to refund the charges for that part of the project as I felt we should have done a better job of explaining this to her at the time the work was done. I guess the bottom line is the light did not work when we arrived but it worked when we left."
We are installing solar panels with Solarcity. Another awesome company. Costs us $0.00, nada, zero, zilch and they included paying for the electric panel installation. Again, $0.00 cost to us, saving us $3500-$4000, plus we are saving 45% + on our electric bill.
Jeremy from Dutch was great. Explained the whole process, including what Excel had to do. They also know Solarcity installation procedures as a subcontractor, and he installed their "special" connecting box. The site was cleaned up.They are now our primary electrician for future needs. They are a small company, have great attention to detail and very customer orientated. Awesome!
Mike was very professional and friendly and we appreciated the fact that he put
shoe covers on upon entering our home. Not only did Mike quickly diagnose and
repair our electrical problem he was very helpful in explaining what the
problem was and offered general advice that will help us avoid future
electrical problems. I will definitely contact Dutch Creek Electric for any
future electrical work.
"Over a period of several months we did multiple jobs for this customer including a major kitchen re-wiring and service upgrade. He appeared happy with the work and services rendered as evidenced by the call backs. Prior to our last scheduled appointment we called to reschedule as we had a customer with a power outage that required immediate attention. We are a small company and did not have the resources’ that day to do both. We chose to help the customer with no power. The customer felt that this was unreasonable and that if we did not keep our appointment he would hire another electrician. I explained to him that I understood completely and was sorry we could not accommodate him."
