The tech examined things with integrity and found the likely problem. I already did my homework on what might be wrong, and he explained away other possibilities for the symptoms. Plus he took a photo -- and showed it to me -- for one thing that it could not be.

Very well. While no one likes to have furnace repairs-Duffy's made it as painless as possible. Prompt and professional. They had the part I needed and looked over the furnace for deferred maintenance while he was there.

Fantastic - ever want to hug your HVAC guy! Shawn was such a great resource from start to finish, providing not only information on the HVAC items, but other things he noticed about our new home that would be of benefit. Since this was a new and unfamiliar purchase for us, he spent time educating us and answering all our questions to help us come to a decision that worked for us. The area of our basement with the new furnace, hot water heater and new venting is a work of art. It not only looks great but performs beautifully. Shawn did a hands-down great job and we look forward to the next phase of installing the AC with him.

Our customer had safe heat with in 24 hours. Which is pretty fast for fall season. Our customer was experiencing constant severe headaches. Which is a symptom of carbon monoxide poisoning. We feel really good about finding these dangerous defects and delivering prompt repair work by Duffey's Heating and Cooling. We may have actually saved someones life. Which is better than making money in our opinion.
