Drain Terrier's service was a complete letdown. I contacted them to fix the leaking for my rental property in Denver area. I told them there was leaking from the pipes in the laundry room. They charged me $450 for an ineffective fix (sealing a tiny hole on the wall) to a bathroom leak, but the problem persisted (leaking again the second day) and literally I paid $450 for nothing. When called again, they claimed a faucet hole was the issue and again demanded over $1000 for replacement! Their unprofessionalism, high costs, and failure to address the problem left me feeling scammed and unsatisfied. I urge others to steer clear of Drain Terrier and find a more trustworthy plumbing service!

Work itself was done well. However the water supply line was replaced that was already new. I feel it was an overcharge ($575.00) for the 2 minimal parts they installed (water supply line and shut off value). Plus they cut a small 14" X 14" hole in a drywall ceiling in the bathroom on the lower level. They were here for about 45 minutes to an hour. In the end we came to an adjusted price. However I wouldn't call them first in the future.

Tracy & Gary have helped me a few times now with winterizing & dewinterizing my swamp cooler. They make sure to update me on what work they performed and also give me an idea of what maintenance may need to be taken care of next season.

We were in a huge mess with a sewer backup in our basement on a Saturday night. We called numerous 24 hour companies that were unable to come out and help. Being a family of 6 with small children, waiting until the next day just wasn't an option. When we spoke with Drain Terrier they were friendly and understanding. They were at our house within 15 minutes. The two gentlemen that came were very professional and fast workers. They solved our issue and were on their way in about an hour.

I was housesitting my aunts house in Denver when her kitchen sink became clogged and wouldn't drain. In a bit of a panic I called Drain Terrier. They assured me they could unclog the drain and came out within the hour. The plumber was really nice and got the job done for me. I had a good experience with them.
