From the start, the project was terrible, very unreliable contractors. I had to constantly ask when things were going to be completed and stay on Nick to make sure things were getting done. After the foundation was completed, I paid approximately $85k for framing, windows, doors, roofing, half electrical, half plumbing...etc. Approximately a third of the house was framed and a lot of things were done to cut corners, cheap columns, wrong hangers, ordered a large beam a foot too short and the second beam 4 inches too long, and in general did not order enough materials for framing. The framing sub ended up quitting because he didnt have enough materials to complete his work. Nick didnt order any of the window or doors and didnt line up electrical or plumbing subs. He said he could no longer complete the work. He ended up stealing about $45k from me and I have to pay extra to have other subs to come out and finish the work as well as manage the project by myself. The unprotected framing has been sitting for months and may be damaged. DO NOT HIRE this company. He is in way over his toes and has no clue what he is doing.

It was great. I recommended them to anybody I know. The quality of work and attention to detail were great. Nick was incredibly reliable. He showed up every day on time. He did a great job. He is a good human being. He is true to his words. He didn't overcharge us. Overall he was a great person who did great work.
