Gary and his team were brought on board by our roofers to help repair some damage done by the original roofing installation team. Gary was extremely sensitive to the issues we had experienced on the roof installation job and was 100% committed to doing everything right for us from day one. Despite having to work around snow days and other winter weather challenges, Gary's crew performed the work promptly, used the best methods for repairing and installing our new siding, and used top quality paints. The only small challenges I had - which weren't even that big a deal - were that 1) most of the communication and coordination with Gary was done through our roofer (which actually made things easier for me in many ways, though I wasn't always sure when things were being scheduled to be worked on, which was sometimes slightly inconvenient). 2) I had to request them to come back a couple of times when I noticed that a small area or two hadn't been finished, but then they were very quick to come right back out and take care of those things - and DID THEM WELL!. And 3) while they did an excellent job of cleaning up the scrap materials that were left from the job, the waste materials were not removed from our property, and I had to haul several very heavy bags of lumber and scrap to the curb for pick up by our trash service after the painters left.
