Overall, very well. Tracy (the scheduler, organizer, etc.) was great! She helped us to get the inspection completed in a timely manner so we could close the sale on the property in less than 10 days. She also helped us to quickly schedule the repairs so we could move in. Rafael who performed the repairs was very professional and I believe did a good job (we're new to having a septic system, but everything seems to be working fine). He forgot a part, so he left to retrieve it & completed the repairs later that same evening. Can't really say whether the price was fair or great (again, no point of reference as we're new to having a septic system), though it sounded reasonable to me.

DCS WAS PROMPT AND GOT RIGHT TO WORK. THEY TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN HOW THIS SYSTEM WORKED AND HOW EFFECTIVE THIS SYSTEM WOULD BE FOR A FAMILY OF 6.
