Doug Current Retaining Walls

It went great! Doug is wonderful to work with. He gave us an estimate and stuck to it. He was fair in his dealings with us and honest about timelines and prices. He gave us a better price than any of the other companies we'd contacted and did a wonderful job. The wall is really great to look at and we don't have to worry about the old wood one giving way any more!

The company owner gave us an estimate on the phone and then he followed it up on site. He was very personable and his price was more reasonable than the two other people who came out. We agreed with the estimate that he gave and they are going to be starting the job in August. Everybody else gave us a price that is at least $6,000 higher than his price. He was very knowledgeable and he just explained everything perfectly including what was going to be done, the time frame, the materials to be used and the whole package. We will use them again in a heartbeat.

I was very happy with the finished product as well as with the work as it was being done. The crew worked quickly and professionally. And I am happy that we didn't shove plants in the ground if the timing wasn't right. I'd rather do things right than twice and I feel that we did so.

Doug was personable and professional. He gave us a reasonable price on the first visit, and to have his company do the work. Doug's crew showed up on the agreed-upon day and corrected the problem. We would definitely use him again for similar work.

Doug showed a good understanding of what we wanted in this project and made helpful suggestions. His bid was significantly lower than the other landscaping company we consulted. He supervised his work crew personally. The work was scheduled in a reasonable time frame and was done neatly and efficiently.
