Deck or Porch
After 30 years of experience it shows in his work. He finished a section of fence I couldn't replace because the house behind me was for sale. After getting permission from the new neighbor he tied in a perfectly straight fence on the property line. The TREX deck was expensive because of the material but NO MORE MAINTENANCE. Let it snow on it and the sun can't beat the finish up. The workmanship is quality. Thank you, David King.

I believe some of this work was substandard and went considerably over the agreed budget; the time frame scheduled for the work; etc. The contractor arrived and did this work with some help from his wife, but no other people to work with him. End product is not what was expected but is not terrible.

"Thanks for you feedback Mark I do believe you made changes and up grades. I feel like I was more than reasonable for the price for the changes. $500 extra for adding 3 extra post a set of new steps changes in the railing from wood to aluminum baluster and adding a double facsia on front of deck.and I thank my wife for helping me on such a small project. What a great lady. I also have men and full crews working we are a very busy and respectful company and we strive on good customer service and quality work. Thank you!"
