Took furniture on consignment.

A very good experience.  You do have to deliver the furniture to their store.  Felt really good that they chose the items they thought would sell and did not waste our time delivering other pieces.  We did have to contact them on the status of the sales.  However, they sold the dining room table & chairs at the price initially estimated, while the desk was dropped in price once before sale.  We definitely received as much as similar furniture was selling on Craig's List and we did not have the hassle of people coming to our house to look at the furniture and negotiating prices.  Definitely would use them again for sale of higher quality furniture!

They are extremely easy to work with.  I always email them regarding what we want to consign and send pictures as well so they can see the furniture.   They always respond in a timely manner - same day usually if I send in the morning.   If they feel they can sell what I am requesting, we usually bring it in on the weekend.  Note - if the piece is too large for us to bring in - they do offer the service of having someone pick up the furniture at a reasonable fee.   Once they confirm they will consign and we bring the furniture with us - they review what we brought in, we agree on a price and the paper work is completed.   And in our case, our furniture has always sold quickly - and we get a check per their processing schedule.  They sincerely are the best to deal with.  Quality store and quality staff.
