DENNY CORNEJO WALL COVEREINGS

Have used Denny in the past (within a couple of years) and thought he did a great job back then. This time he seems way too busy to handle his business effectively. He did not call me back the first time for about 5 days, and then said that he was slammed with work ("big jobs in Cherry Hills homes") but that he would be able to squeeze my one little accent wall into his schedule sometime. That was the last I heard from him. I ordered the paper myself through Guiry's, since he was not able to come measure it himself (didn't have time he said--that should have been my first clue that he was not interested). Then when the paper came in, I notified him (left 2 voice mails) and never heard back. If he really did not want my job b/c it was too small and not worth the energy, I wish he had said so from the start.  A shame, because Denny is really a nice guy, but he needs to brush up on customer service skills. I have scheduled another wallpaper hanger from Angie's List, and will not use Denny again. I also know a lot of people starting to use wallpaper again, and I can't recommend him, so he lost out on "a big job" in the long run.

We supplied the grasscloth and Denny installed. Grasscloth is tricky, because you will see the seams in the final product, so attention to detail and experience in a contractor is very important. Denny was on time, within budget and completed the job in one day. He has a long history of wallpaper and grasscloth work and it showed in the final product. He did a fantastic job!
