DEER CREEK ANIMAL HOSPITAL

They are an emergency hospital. I have a good relationship with them. Even if you have an appointment for 2:00 and an emergency comes in, that is their specialty, and what they take care of. They are my one and all. I board my pets there, and they wash them.

It is a clinic, so they have about 10 doctors on staff. They are available around the clock. Everyone I have seen goes above and beyond in caring for my animals. Their kennels are immaculate. They have indoor tiled rooms and a swimming pool. I can also log in to an account and check in on the boarded dog through video surveillance.

Every vet we have seen has been awesome They follow-up and give lots of advice. Vet techs are so caring. All over great staff and we are happy to drive from Highlands Ranch after we fired out local vet!

I like everything about them. They tend to be a little bit high when it comes to price, but I don't think it's totally out of reach from other vets that I have gone to.

I use this vet for emergencies. Their prices are more expensive, but they offer 24 hour service. In a pinch, they are well worth the extra cost.  I really like that they let us walk in without knowing us when my dog had a fish hook stuck in his lip. They did such a good job with him.

My dog ended up passing away soon after that but Deer Creek was really great.  I was able to visit my dog while he was recovering after surgery.  I don't live near here anymore so will not be going to them but I highly recommend.

Went very well. My dog actually is excited about going into the vets office. The attention and care is wonderful. The vets are current on the new conditions and treatments. I've been taking my pets to this vet office since they first began and would highly recommend them.

They are awesome. They are very caring and knowledgeable. They try to help me understand what’s going on with my dog to make them feel better.

I would absolutely continue to use them again in the future. Overall I would give them a high rating.

Dr. Lupe was great with him - as always - looked him over carefully and treated him accordingly. 

I was very pleased with the service. I made the appointment and they were on time. They seemed professional and I have no complaints!

Dr Kuchel has been our personal Vet for 4 years.  She spends as much time as needed to listen to our concerns and answer all  questions.  I never feel rushed.  She can explain what is happening with my dogs in a way that I understand.  She never talks "over my head".  She knows the newest research being done, and advises accordingly.  I  feel that I'm a partner with her in my dogs care,  and that I can make well informed decisions.  She is very compassionate, and loves my dogs! The technicians are very caring as well.  When my female lab went in for her spay, they actually allowed me to stay with her until they started the anesthesia, and allowed me to be with her in recovery!

I was so impressed! They have the most caring vets. They have a beautiful facility and a certified vet tech on duty 24 hours every day. They have developed laproscopic surgeries.

Deer Creek Animal Hospital was great. They called to check up on him. Another thing I like was that he got to stay over night. Some places don't let them stay overnight. I think he got good care there. They are nice and friendly. I like that when you go in there they ask you to consider other things, such as the chip that helps you find him if he's lost. They are good with pets.

They took good care of my dogs, but their exercise policy is lacking. They only include 15 minutes of time outside the kennel per day. An additional 15 minutes can be paid for; however, my dogs are used to at least an hour of exercise per day. They dogs came home extremely rambunctious. We won't be using this boarding facility again. (P.S. My neighbor uses their vet services and she is happy with them).

I love the vets here - especially Dr. Cox - as they really care about the pets - and their families. They will try to avoid surgery or any unnecessary tests (not always true at vets). Their checkups and vaccinations are a little overpriced and too cursery in my opinion, but you cannot fault their emergency and end-of-life care.

It was very busy when I arrived for check-in. I brought her immunization records and discussed them with the receptionist. She had been given her bordetella vaccine the previous week and this was noted on her chart. I also discussed her special diet needs and brought her ud canned and dry food. When I picked her up and received my bill, there was a $29.00 charge for a bordetella vaccine administered the day I brought her in. I was outraged because she had been vaccinated twice. When I asked for a copy of her daily activities I noticed a remark by her caretaker. She had added cheese to my dog's food because she wasn't eating as well as she thought she should. Again, I was upset as cheese isn't allowed in my dog's diet. I spoke with a vet who assured me that double vaccines shouldn't hurt my dog, although he acknowledged that it shouldn't have happened. I was extremely disappointed with their services and will never return.

I HAD A FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE AT DEER CREEK. THEY TAKE EXCELLENT CARE OF MY DOGS AND EVEN IF THEY HAVE NOT SEEN THEM FOR AWHILE THEY TREAT THEM LIKE THEY ARE THEIR OWN. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND DEER CREEK ANIMAL HOSPITAL TO CARE FOR YOUR ANIMALS.

I WOULD SAY THE STAFF AND GROOMER AT DEER CREEK ANIMAL HOSPITAL ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ALWAYS PUT THE CARE OF YOUR ANIMAL FIRST. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICES I RECEIVED.

THE VETERINARIANS AND STAFF AT DEER CREEK ANIMAL HOSPITAL ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND CARING. I LEFT FEELING THAT MY CATS RECEIVED VERY GOOD CARE AND WILL CONTINUE TO TAKE MY PETS THERE AND RECOMMEND TO OTHERS.
