Estimate included a CAD drawing, which I personally believe is important on large projects. Work started and was completed on schedule. They have a "design center" where I could look at deck, railing and lighting samples that weren't just 8 inch blocks of building material. The quality of the completed project is fantastic.

Ian (the owner) is the person standing behind his products and services. From the beginning to the end, his team was always on time and finished the project as scheduled. During the project, the dumpster company damaged our driveways. Even it’s not his company’s fault, he took extra miles to coordinate everything with the dumpster company and resolved the issue. Our family is happy because we chose the right company.

Every step of the way - this was an awesome process.  From the initial call, the first site visit by Ian, the quick turn around on the proposal.  I gave Ian my budget - he came back with a great proposal right at my budget - and then a few additional options for extending the 1st floor deck, deck lighting, etc.  I purchased all the options.  His team showed up every day by 7:30 and were there until at least 6PM each night.  It was a fairly large project - but was completed in 5 days.  Ian came by every day to inspect the job and chat with me.  Expert craftsmanship, great communication, great team - this was by far the best experience I have ever had with a contractor.  I plan to use Decks Unlimited for 3 other projects in the near future.

Deck looks great! From the initial start to the finished product everything went well. Was provided a detailed estimate by Ian that detailed out all of the costs, as well as any options, and included a 3-D rendering of deck. Was able to visit their Showroom to see the different decking choices they offer. Deck crew showed up every day on time and did a great job finishing the deck including working through all of the structural issues that came up. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a great product at a reasonable price.

Ian and his crew were always punctual, polite and professional. Ian returned all my calls and emails within 24 hours.
They estimated a 6-7 day turnaround and managed to deliver within 6, even with losing about 1/2 day to rain.
We got to see and choose our materials in the showroom which was nice because we could see a large sample of the materials that were going to be used on our project.
Ian was able to get us a nice 3-D drawing and mock-up within a day or two of taking measurements.
The crew was great to work with. Very quiet and not messy - during the build or afterwards. Everything was nicely cleaned up for us and they stayed to explain the lighting system.  I know if we have any issues in the future, we can to have it taken care of.
Very happy with the job they did. The craftsmanship is excellent.
We would hire them again and won't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Ian did an amazing job from the day he provided the initial estimate.  He answered all emails, questions, and provided the opportunity to visit the company showroom.  All workers were on time, and did a great job finishing the deck.  I am very happy with the finished product.  And it was provided at a resonable price.  I would highly recommend giving them a call.

Decks Unlimited replaced my deck floor and railing. They were always punctual, professional and friendly. They did a great job. It was a real pleasure working with Ian and his team.. I highly recommend this company. You won't be disappointed.
