+ -1 moreClem Aube (52 years experience) and Azarael (15 years experience) completed two beautiful composite decks and removed a third – on time and as promised. They showed incredible attention to detail and flawless execution at a very reasonable price. After I spent an earlier summer building my own deck, and reviewing the work of other deck builders (to choose a contractor for this job), I decided to hire these gentlemen – particularly since one of our decks is nearly 20 feet high. Every stage of the job - site preparation, tear-down, material delivery, installation, and cleanup - was performed perfectly. Here's some pictures of the project: [*** Link removed ***]

+ -1 moreClem came out took pictures and measurements to replace a wooden deck on the 2nd story with a smaller composite deck and also add a deck below on the ground level. He was very professional and thorough on explaining how he builds his decks. He came prepared and gave me a book with references, his license to build decks, pictures of the structural framework. He also provided an estimate for his service on the spot. I will be making a decision in the next few days. If I choose this company I will post an update.

+ -1 moreEverything was complectly cleaned up and I have absolutely no complaints at all. I would absolutely recommend them.It was more then I wanted to pay but I give them an A for price. Of course I would use them again. I am not sure about the date or the price.
Description of Work: I used Decks by Clem Aube and we were extremely happy with them. They came out early this year maybe January . He tore down the deck and totally replaced the deck. It is beautiful. It was just a wooden deck before and he used the composite materials that is guaranteed for like twenty- five years. It is really a beautiful deck, it was not cheap but it is a beautiful deck. He required no money up front.

+ -1 moreMy overall experience was excellent. I can confidently recommend Clem Aube, Decks by Clem, to anyone who appreciates craftsmanship and professionalism. My neighbor observed his work at my home and is planning to have Clem replace his own deck that is approximately two and one half times the size of my approximately 400 square foot deck.
Description of Work: Clem responded promptly to my Service Magic inquiry and arrived two days later to review the scope of work and give me an estimate on site for the removal of my old deck and installation of a new one constructed with premium materials. He provided extensive photos of his completed decks and explained in detail how he works. Clem does not store the deck materials on your property, but brings them with him on the day he needs them. He carefully cleans the worksite each day before leaving for the night. Clem does not ask for payment until the job is complete. Clem is a true craftsman who takes pride in his meticulous workmanship. Clem Aube is the most professional and exacting deck contractor you could hope to hire.
