 + -1 moreWe've used DP Inspections on both home inspections and were very pleased with how personable Dallas is even answering all my questions and explaining what he is doing while he's going through the house. And I ask a LOT of questions. The report is the most thorough I've ever seen complete with pictures and recommendations on a scale from what should be done ASAP to what should be looked at in the near future. You can tell he really cares about making sure the potential buyer knows everything they need to make an informed decision about purchasing a home and also how to keep the house in the best possible condition once you own the home. I've learned so much about what should be done to maintain a home just from the time spent with Dallas. I highly recommend him to anyone who wants a thorough evaluation of a potential home prior to closing.
Description of Work: My husband and I have been looking at houses and are currently in the process of inspecting our second home. Dallas came to both homes before scheduled time to set everything up. He took off his boots and put on loafers to walk through the house. I thought that was a nice touch. He very methodically goes through the home inside and out. He has a list of items he's looking for and you can tell he knows what he's doing. At the second home there was too much snow to see a lot of the outside areas and he noted that in his report. He also removed snow in areas where there could be potential issues and found a few things that were previously hidden by doing so. He set up a Radon test at our request and we added that as part of the inspection cost.
