Home Inspection
We've used DP Inspections on both home inspections and were very pleased with how personable Dallas is even answering all my questions and explaining what he is doing while he's going through the house. And I ask a LOT of questions. The report is the most thorough I've ever seen complete with pictures and recommendations on a scale from what should be done ASAP to what should be looked at in the near future. You can tell he really cares about making sure the potential buyer knows everything they need to make an informed decision about purchasing a home and also how to keep the house in the best possible condition once you own the home. I've learned so much about what should be done to maintain a home just from the time spent with Dallas. I highly recommend him to anyone who wants a thorough evaluation of a potential home prior to closing.
